It took a weeks worth convincing for mingyu to be able to go to the hospital to work again, wonwoo being the over protective husband and now father was not happy with the idea of his family out of his sight but after a few puppy eyes and two silent treatments that lasted an hour max, he finally gave in but with conditions of increase in security, less work hours for mingyu and a personal check by gynecological every week for precautionary measures.
Mingyu agreed to all, to indulge his husband since he was elated to head back to work, he loved his work, being the only pediatric surgeon was hard but so fulfilling and he loved every second of it, it hurt his heart to see small kids suffer through such serious diseases but he would get overjoyed when they could win over them and made sure to help in anyway out, even out of his jurisdiction.
Wonwoo woke up to a empty bed, panicking he looked around to find his husband just to hear his giggles from there dining room, he walked to out to see him munching on his breakfast, dressed for work in his collar shirt and cotton pants with his hair brushed back, looking devastatingly handsome while face timing his nephews, laughing at there antics while there poor fathers tried get them ready for school. Wonwoo slid into the seat next to him, snuggling his head on his shoulder while his arms wrapped around mingyu's torso, placing small kisses all over his neck, giggling mingyu ended the call with his nephews, blowing them a kiss goodbye and directing his attention to the big kitty hanging of his side.
"Someone's clinging today"
"Someone seem happy to leave there husband" wonwoo retorted back
"I am just going to work baby"
"But I will miss you both" wonwoo whined while caressing his little belly
"We will be back soon" giving him a peck
"You dont care about me do you, you love your patients more than your husband" sighs "what a cruel world we live in"
Mingyu started to laugh at the whining and wonwoo swears that it's the sweetest thing he has ever heard
"Let me drop you off atleast "
"Ok my King " leaning in for a kiss that wonwoo gladly reciprocated
"After you my Queen" mingyu giggles as wonwoo helped him to the garage.
