What if when light picked up the heart filled with souls he accidentally merged with it (the soul cant pass on but they will go insane if they are not merged or in a body so they choose the person with the most soul energy and that happened to be light). Light after merging with the soul ended up looking like soul eater (not soulstice) but white and blue instead of dark blue and light blue. Prof. Red did attack him the first time he saw him because he was thinking it was soul eater

Light can put back soul in there body's only if the body is in good shape

The soul sometimes take control of the body but not as often as they did to soul eater

A soul can be put into a different person body

Void and Dimension stick close to light yo make sure if the soul enter take control they can help light to get his control back
