Personality and Traits 

Em can appear cold and aloof to strangers a lot more so after her best friend Luke Castellan betrayed her and her friends. However, she is extremely warm-hearted and kind towards anyone who earned her trust. She is the only one in the family who can help her uncle's thirst for human blood as she is a hybrid. She is protective of her family, especially Bella, often aiding her to safety and putting herself in harm's way. 

She  looks up to her uncle and Carlisle, as she lacks a father figure. She often relies on Jasper to help her through panic attacks and calm her emotion when she gets angry. She is also very close to Percy, often play wrestling with each other. 

Physical Appearance

"She looked the youngest, and was blonde like the man beside her. her skin was also covered in scars; some looked fresh while others nearly fading. Unlike the rest of her family, she had beautiful, hazel eyes." Bree upon seeing Emerald for the first time. 

 Emerald has honey blonde hair like her uncle, which falls just past her shoulders. She has a ghostly pale skin as she grew up in the Underworld and hazel eyes. Like her uncle, her body and face is littered with scars, from monsters and nomad vampires alike. These scars are invisible to humans unless contrasted by strong light, but when viewed by someone with supernatural eyesight they are said to be his most dominant feature, causing defensive reactions in vampires who don't know her.
