Me, Trevor, Cameron and Devin were sitting at the church when all of the sudden the door opened and in came my cousin Tyler. Behind him came in a young fella who had on a nice suit. He came in with a keyboard meaning we didn't have to play or so I thought. It turns out Devin knew him already. So he gladly came and introduced us to him.

"Hey y'all this is Caleb, Caleb this is Cameron, Trevor and Myesha"

"Wassup y'all"

"Hey"we all said in unison

After a long conversation after church with him every since we have all been very close. A few months later we  were invited to one of Trevor's friends father church. Little did we know that there were really two churches mix together.

That night when we went inside of the church there were 17 STAIRS TO WALK UP. You talk about someone being mad. But I still walked up the stairs. I was mad until I heard some singing going on and then I was fine.

This was the day we met Loren and London. We instantly connected. Even though Hakeem was there we really didn't pay that much attention to him until the second day of the revival.

He was on the drums just staring at me. At first I didn't really notice it until my brothers and my cousin Shantelle said something.

I was paying attention to the praise and worship singers (the twins) when Shantelle nudged me. 

"Hey Myesha you know that boy is staring at you right.""No he's not"I said while turning my attention back to the singers."In ten seconds look over there then" Like a dummy I actually started counting to ten then I looked over there and sure enough he was staring. I quickly turned away blushing."But he wasn't staring though"My cousin whispered in my ear.

When I looked over there he wasn't staring at the moment. That's when I took the time to look him over. He had a high top fade, he's skinny but built,he's brown skinned, clearly taller than me,nice teeth, but the thing that caught my attention the most was his eyes. I could just stare at them all day.

I guess he felt me staring at him and looked up at me and just smiled."So y'all just gonna play the staring game smh" my cousin said making me take my eyes off of him and looking down."It wasn't even like that"I said putting my head down. When the twins were done with praise and worship Loren came and bumped into me whispering "I saw y'all"which left me wide-eyed.

After service me, my brothers and the twins were in a circle in front of the church just talking when I said,"Who is that?""Who?"London said looking around"Drummer""Oh that's my cousin""What's his name""I bet you wanna know don't you" Loren said with a smirk on her face."Why don't you just ask him Loren said with her goofy smirk on"Why would I waste my time doing that when y'all know his name already""Because you want to know"

"His name is Junior"One of the pastors said making Junior look over in our little corner. I kind of slid behind my cousin but I could clearly feel him staring at me. "Thank you"Cameron yelled back. When I looked up I looked at Hakeem and he was already looking at me smiling. So I smiled back and looked away."I saw that"Loren mouthed. "I'm sure you did"I mouthed back.

We continued to talk Hakeem got off of the drums and came to stand with us. They were having a good conversation until Loren said "Myesha why you so quiet." I just shrugged my shoulders putting my head down. I wish she would just drop it but she won't. "What are you a mute" another voice said and Hakeem was looking at me when I looked up. I closed my eyes took a deep breath."No I'm not a mute"

"Oh you can talk"he said smiling."I'm talking to you aren't I."I said with a smirk."Oh, we have a little feisty one "London said making all of us laugh."I like it"Hakeem said making me roll my eyes."I bet you do"Loren mumbled which only I could hear since I was right next to her making me nudge her in her side."Ouch!"she screamed making everyone look at us.
