Maybe the events from the past will never be changed again even if you are not going to do it again, even if you regret everything, the wound that heal quickly but will leave a mark, the memory that can't just be forgotten unless you have amnesia. It's hard to pretend that  you're okay, gaslighting yourself into thinking that you're okay, remember that it's okay not to be okay. It's okay to burst into tears sometimes to release and reduce the heavy things in your chest that you felt.  Always remember that being true to yourself is always better than pretending. Just feel yourself, okay?
