HER 5

"Okay so far, I don't mind this place," Junior nodded, "the team is great, the plays are awesome. Every one is professional. No one is fake there. I love it!"

I smiled, "I am happy you like it here so how Is it going with you and Cole. On the same team I mean." He sighed.

I had made a little surprise hidden out with a little mini picnic where his gift was. I really hope he doesn't find it first. Cole, I mean.

"I don't think he likes me very much but on court, we are cool. I will take that than have him pretend everything is okay with us for you."

I guess that's better.

We were walking through the Library as I picked up the lost books from the shelves on the second floor when I paused.

There were a couple of strange noises coming from between the shelves a couple of shelves away. Junior glanced at me and shook his head.

Then I heard an all too familiar voice,

"What the hell do you want from me?"

"I want us back. I get that I crossed the line that night but you did too, dammit!"

Discreetly I left a confused Junior and followed the voices.

"This wasn't supposed to happen, you and her wasn't supposed to happen, Cole!" Ian groaned, "she wasn't even on the list to conquer so how the hell did that even happen?"

List?

"Tough shit, Ian. It happened. We are together now and I don't give damn that you don't like it. keep the title if you want it so bad, I was done with this game the second she agreed to be mine."

I stopped at the nearest bookshelf from them. I know I shouldn't be eavesdropping.

"Does she know then?"

Know what?

"Know what?" He asked.

I coughed to get their attention and I noticed Cole pale in panic.

"Are you lost, Ian? I am pretty sure the girl's locker room is not on this floor."

He sneered but walked away any way not before giving me a nice good shove into the shelf.

"How long have you been there?" Cole asked and I shrugged.

"Whatever it is, I know you will tell me if you want to." I smiled reassuringly and walked up to him. I wanted us to be great . and no shit causing Ian was going to ruin that for me. I led him to the mini picnic.

I pulled him down for a kiss that had my toes curling. Maybe Benjamin was right. I loved Cole.

I so badly wanted to ask about what Ian was talking about but didn't get a chance with Cole's soul drowning kisses, he devoured me whole and left nothing behind. I never thought myself to be this physical till I let him in and now I was afraid of letting him go.

HIM 6

The match between us and the vultures was this weekend and I am not gonna lie it had me in knots.

My mom and dad just told me that they cant make it because of some trip they are taking and that is already messing me up. My mind flew to thoughts of my girl. Julia. And before I knew it, I was making my way to the girl's locker room.

"Cole?"

She jumped startled while I stood outside the girls bathroom waiting her for her to come out. Yes , I am very pathetic. The entire day I hardly focused going back to that disturbing conversation with Ian. Would he tell her? But what if he says it the wrong way? And it didn't help that she acted like it didn't bother her at all. That nagging worry glint hadn't left her eyes for days. Was she doubting this? Was she doubting me?
