"Right everyone!" Gideon yells, as we all turn excitedly to him. "Have a great week off! Nobody contact me. I mean it." We all laugh as he exits the building in a hurry.
"Ugh, I can't wait to finally get some relaxation in the sun," Morgan says, miming out laying on a sunbed. "Your bags are all packed for tomorrow, Elena?" As soon as we got told we were all able to take a week off work, we planned to try to get everyone to go for a few days vacation in Jamaica. But with Elle leaving, and everybody else had already made plans, it's ended up just being me and Morgan.
"I've been packed for days, don't you worry about that," I say, joining Morgan's mime with a laugh.
"you sure you don't want to come Reid? They'll be plenty of beautiful women to go around," Morgan offers, as Reid packs up a bag of his things.
"Or in your case, maybe even some Jamaican books you haven't read," I add when we get no response. His eyes are glued to his phone and he doesn't even look away to respond.
