Lucian, equally stubborn and quick-tempered, would retort, "Maybe if your head wasn't so big, there'd be more room for the rest of us!" His friends would snicker, egging him on.

Their best friends, Mia and Jake, often found themselves caught in the crossfire. Mia would roll her eyes at Luna's antics, while Jake would try to calm Lucian down. "Come on, man," Jake would say, "she's not worth it."

Luna's eyes widened, a blush spreading across her cheeks. Without thinking, she grabbed Lucian's shirt and pulled him in for a kiss. Realizing what she'd done, she quickly pulled away, both of them chuckling nervously.

"I guess I feel the same way," Luna admitted, her face as red as a tomato.

Lucian grinned, gently cupping her face. "Can I kiss you again?" he asked softly. Luna nodded, and they shared a tender, sweet kiss, years of rivalry melting away in that moment.
