Travis'pov We are sitting around the living room with Jason and Kylie , Taylor is at the studio. The girls are at Kylie's parents house for the weekend so Jason and Kylie are staying here for the weekend. I am holding Emmi in my arms cause she fell asleep. I was talking to Jason and Kylie when Kylie looked down at Emmi and saw her breathing fast and called my name. Um ... Trav I think Emmi is having a panic attack in her sleep. I look down and see her breathing fast and her eyes shoot open and she jolts awake and is breathing fast. Girlie breathe shhh deep breath I tell her but it doesn't work. I sit her up and put my hand on her shoulder and I feel how fast she is breathing and I see how fast my hand is going up and down on her shoulder . I put one hand on her chest and one hand on her back and start rubbing it. Try to follow my breathing slowwwww downnnn I tell her calmly. In and out I tell her . And I repeat this until she slows down her breathing. She's not fully clam yet so I ask Jason to get her white noise machine from her room and plug it in by the chair. I press the lullaby button that plays her favorite twinkle twinkle little star as she listens to it everynight. I rock her in the recliner until she finally clams down fully. I bring her to my lap and go sit next to Jason on the other couch so she can spend time with him while he's here, they are inseparable when they are together. Jason's pov Travis brings Emmi to the couch she crawls on to my lap and cuddles up in my arms. I kiss her head and rub her arm . Hey girlie. I feel her shutter a breath and I continue to rub her arm and tell her you're okayy. How are you feeling? I ask her and she starts looking around . What do you need girlie ? I ask her . I need my stitch bankie. She says with a shaky voice . I rub her arm to calm her down. I'll go get it from her bed said Travis.

This is Emmi's Stitch bankie (she called it bankie since she was 2).
Still Jason's pov Travis comes back with her bankie and she starts rubbing the back of the head of the stitch bankie on her nose and lips to calm herself down. While we are watching tv I feel her breathing slow down and she's not shaking anymore . I look over at Kylie and ask her , is she asleep? Just about . 1 minute later Kylie smiles and says she's knocked out . Travis comes back to the couch and takes Emmi in his arms next to me on the couch and puts on the Christmas music to keep Emmi relaxed and it starts snowing . I look at Travis and tell him to look out the window and it's starting to snow. He looks out the balcony door and smiles , Tay is parking the car. When Emmi wakes up she's going to squeal so loud she gets excited when it snows.
