As we ran around camp screaming Broomer's name. Nail woke up and ran outside, "WHATS GOING ON!?"
"We can't find broomer!!"
"What?!" Nail helped us look, we couldn't find him until we heard a scream.
"GET AWAY!!" We heard that and realized it was broomer..
"BROOMER WERE ON OUR WAY!!" I yelled back. We ran over to the noise, we looked around the dark forest. It smelled like rotten flesh, that's weird.. we continued running until we heard Clay scream and we looked where he was looking..
We saw broomer, his face ripped and torn.. his left hand to his elbow was gone and his right heel to knee was gone. Veins and muscle showing.

Nail looked sick and chalky began to cry. I just sat there.. looking at him.. my best friend, the person who helped me through thick and thin. **GONE** I just broke down, I don't think a world without him would be the same. I would find who killed him.. and stop them. And avenge broomer. Chalky hugged me
"Brother.. we'll get revenge on the person who did it.."
"Yes we will!! And chalky we will kill the person who killed broomer.."
"Woah you two that's a little far-!" Clay added. Nail hugged onto me, his frail little body shaking. I hugged him back. He was bawling his eyes out.
"Latte can we leave.." he whimpered, he was staring at the body every now and then. I nodded and picked him up. I basically symbolized that let's go back to camp. We walked back and woke everyone up. We told them everything, headset hugged TOL.. (platonically we all know cuz TOL is aro..)
"Woah Headset.. why are you clinging to me??"
"Well since you're my best friend and this is scary I just needed some more comfort."
"That makes sense.." TOL grumbled but let him cling.
"You mean he's actually dead? PSHH. Don't believe you" feather laughed
"Look at nail for a second and think!" SBB yelled at feather
"Oh. Good point." Feather mumbled. Nail ran to mango.
"Mango!! I'm scared.."
"Oh my boy.. you're okay.. I'm here"
"Thanks mango.." nail fell asleep against mango. SBB giggled but still looked worried.
"Honey.. relax, it's only one death.. hopefully."
