D-she's here she might try run so keep a good grip on her they unrestrained her taking one arm each and walking to the car Lucy was crying and screaming as-well as trying to kick the doctor she tried to run away but the two men caught up to her they swept her off her feet one of the men holding her tightly
L-let me go Lucy cried out over and over beginning to sob as she was placed in a room there was a desk a notebook and crayons lay on the desk a bed in the corner of the room a pillow and blanket made out of thin material lay on the bed Lucy slumped onto the bed falling asleep almost instantly a few hours later Lucy woke up a nurse entered placing the food in front of her
Nurse-Lucy you need to eat this okay
Lucy shook her head in protest
L-I'm not eating it I'm not hungry and I never will be
N-if you don't eat we're going to start you on a feeding tube
L-fine but I'm only eating half otherwise I'll puke it all up
N-that's okay half is good for now okay
Lucy nodded taking small bites of the food she eventually ate half Lucy had now been in the psych ward for two weeks she could have visitors now although she had to stay in her room all the time as the nurses thought she was a danger to herself and others it was visiting day today Lucy was sat in her bed waiting and hoping that maybe someone might turn up a few minutes later Angela entered her room they were talking for a long time before Angela had to leave another few weeks passed and Lucy was released from the psych ward and her therapist had cleared her for work she sat in hers and Angela's office eating her food when they saw a new case one that had been by Angela earlier that morning Ryan had killed another person they arrested him but they didn't realise he had more than one gun as they approached him to arrest him he whipped out the second gun shooting Lucy five times in her stomach before Angela could arrest him she called for an ambulance they took Lucy to hospital and got the bullets out then they stitched her up and bandaged her wounds they let her sleep the next few years passed in a blur but her world stopped and became better when Angela and her had become girlfriends Lucy loved Angela and had not wanted to say anything but when Angela said it Lucy knew it was the right time to tell her how she felt Angela helped Lucy gain back the person she was before the trauma healing her but mostly healing the younger vers of Lucy who thought she was unlovable
