🍻Episode 21🍻

When the soft morning arrived,Jungkook quietly entered yen's room. His steps were gentle intending not to disturb her sleeps.

There she layed, wrapped in a peaceful slumber. Her face was calm.

For a moment he simply stood there by her side with a tender smile on his face admiring her. Today work could wait he thought. He had decided to stay home determined to get the answers that were troubling him.

As his eyes drifted to a watch on her wrist he reached out intended to remove it. Suddenly he felt her skin which was burning. A wave of heat hit him and his smile faded now replaced with concern. Yen was sick and he hadn't realised it until now.

Yen's body temperature had gone up. She was sick

Jungkook quickly rushed downstairs to Amber.
"Amber yen is sick could you please get me a cold towel?" Amber nodded and brought Jungkook a cold towel with a bowl cold water

He rushed upstairs with quick steps to where the sick female slept. She continued to sleep peacefully as Jungkook held her chin making her face him with closed eyes

Putting the towel gently on her forehead which made her instantly open her eyes

She didn't flinch,nor said anything to him. Just continued to stare at him with an unreadable expression

Jungkook,without further hesitation removed the towel from her forehead,dipped it in the cold water and again put it on her.

After a while of staring at each other with rested eyes and no expressions on their face yen finally broke the silence "do you do this to every other girl or should I consider myself special?"

She asked with a sore voice staring directly into his eyes. Jungkook,however didn't understand anything she said. He just admitted she was feeling bizarre because of her illness

"No answer huh" she said again looking away from the inky haired man this time

Jungkook bent down to where the golden haired layed. Facing her as he moved dangerously close to her.

Only an inch difference left from their noses to touch he spoke "I think I deserve to get the answers first."

He stared at yen's face which became even more beautiful. There he looked at her stunning neck
"The marks I left is gone... maybe I'll have to renew it"  He spoke looking at her pink dried lips

This made yen angry as she pushed him away and sat getting Backward

"Who do you think you are! I am not a toy which you can use like all your other ones!" She spoke with rage staring deep in his eyes which somehow seemed confused

"If this is about dahyun....you're delusional" he said without any regrets

At that moment,yen pulled him to herself by his collar harshly. Jungkook didn't say anything just stared at her

"Do you still beat woman up because of your disease?" She asked

"No I don't hit woman now because of my condition which.... You cured"
He said looking straight at her eyes

"If I knew you'd turn into a h-" she stopped midway and continued "I'd never cure you"

Jungkook was the most confused at this point as He didn't know what was going on yen's mind. "I really don't understand what you're saying gold."

"Do you have these nicknames for all the other girls as well!" She asked but it sounded more like she was convincing herself

"You've become a psycho!" Jungkook said getting away from yen. Making his way outside

"Where are you going!" The blue eyed girl yelled

"Outside to sit and think. Because I am not a runner like someone here." He said without turning back

"What'd you say?" Yen asked even though she completely heard him the first time

Jungkook finally turned around and maintained a harsh eye contact with yen saying
"One of us in this room is a coward who runs away from bad situations and it's not me." With that he left the room with a puzzled yen.

After coming downstairs Jungkook went towards Amber. "Did anyone come up here and brainwash her?" Jungkook asked Amber but it seemed like he was asking himself more

"N-no sir no one came..." Amber replied

Jungkook looked at her as he was not convinced with the answer. "You do know I've got cameras right?" He asked

"S-sir I didn't do anythi-"

"I know Amber I trust you. I just don't trust Kimber."

Amber looked down feeling scared to even look up at him. "Who worked here yesterday?"
He asked furiously

"S-sir....its a.. actually I was not feeling well so.."

"You sent kimber to work here?"

"Yes sir..." she replied looking down feeling embarrassed

"You do realise that she's a threat to you working right? She has definitely said something to yen! Do you know what she has done?" He asked

"No sir I asked her but she didn't tell me.." Amber said still facing the floor

"Have you already forgotten that what all things that witch has done!" Jungkook confronted

Amber didn't reply

"It's so disgusting Amber. What does you twin even want! Does doing wrong to people make her happy!"

"Sir I'll make her under-"

"Cut it amber I've been hearing it from the past two years. If this continues and she keeps on brainwashing yen while disguising as you then it'll be a problem." Jungkook said and went away from there not noticing a golden haired,blue eyed girl standing at the stairs hearing all the conversations
