"Okay, guys. Make sure everything is put up properly." Katherine moved around the room.

"Mother, where are we putting this?" Rebbie held some flowers.

"Put them by the chairs." She turned and looked at the tables. "And good job on the table decor."

"Yeah, I figured gold and white was the perfect color scheme."

"It definitely is."

"I still can't believe they don't want to know the gender." said LaToya. "I was eager to know that Tammy was a girl." She rubbed her one month old's back, who was in the baby brace. This was her first time being out of the house since having the baby and she was very excited.

"I was too." Katherine looked at her new granddaughter and smiled. "Where's Tim?"

"He'll be here a little later. He had to meet with the tailor for his tux."

"I'm so excited for you guys. Have you picked the date?"

"We're gonna wait until Janet has the baby and heals up. She's one of my bridesmaids."

"That's sweet."

"Kathy!" Evelyn walked in with Michael Sr. and a bunch of gift bags.

"E!" They went to each other and hugged.

"What's up, girl? How you doing?"

"I'm good. Bring your gifts over here." Katherine led her to the gift table. "How was the trip?"

"Oh my gosh, it was glorious. I have to thank you again for the gift."

"Girl, stop thanking me. After everything we all went through last year, the vacation was needed."

"How's Joe doing?" Katherine sighed. Evelyn began setting her gifts up.

"He's good. He's just so overwhelmed with planning and setting things up. He's been driving me crazy preparing for this baby. The house is already babyproofed."

"Is he sure Janet and Toni are gonna stay with you guys that long?"

"Yeah. They're going to have too much going on and Joe wants to make sure they have plenty of help."

"That's sweet."

"It's irritating. Our house is over ran with all of these baby gadgets and he bought his own collection of baby clothes and diapers and bottles for when we're babysitting."

"They live in the same house as you guys." They finished setting up and sat down at one of the tables.

"Will you tell him that when he gets here?" Evelyn chuckled.

"I'm guessing this excitement isn't wearing off anytime soon."

"It's definitely not. He hasn't acted like this since I was pregnant with Rebbie. During that time, I didn't even need a baby shower, but still had one."

"How much stuff did you have?" Katherine cut her eye over and they laughed. "Well how much stuff are Janet and Toni gonna have?"

"Chile, that baby will have a nursery, two full closets in the nursery, a storage area upstairs with stuff, our closet has stuff, two closets in our basement will have stuff and that's just what he's bought."

"Whoa. I've seen those closets. That's a lot of stuff."

"Oh yeah. Toni and Janet won't have to buy diapers until the baby is almost one."

"But....he does know babies grow before that?"

"Yes, he does. That's why he got newborn all the way to 12 month sized diapers and he's got this little diaper organizer thing to put them in." They laughed. "But it's sweet."
