Alexander's POV

I was sitting in a coffee shop. Waiting for the waitress. It was morning, and I was heading to my work so decided that I'll run into Cafe real quick.

As I was sitting, I was snapped out of my thoughts by male voice.

"What are you gonna order, Mr?" It was sweet voice... I turned around to see a smallish male looking at me. He had brown puffy hair, green eyes, waitress clothes, and freckles... he was.. pretty..?

"Do you want to order something?" He repeats.

It snapped me to reality.

"Uhh.. i-.. yeah.. " As I remove my eyes of him to menu, I start ordering.

When I'm done ordering, I look at him. He writes something in his server book and looks at me once more.

"Your order will be ready in 20 minutes." He smiles at me and leaves my table.

I follow him with my stare. Why the fuck I'm getting this feeling?! I'm not a fucking gay!

As 20 minutes pass, the same man appears in front of my table.

He puts coffee and croissant I ordered on my table with a smile on his face.

While looking at him, I noticed a name tag... it said 'Elijah Harrison'..

"Cute name-.." Wait... nahh... I didn't say it loud.. do I..?

"Oh..! Thanks!" I froze, understanding that I did say it loud. Man, I'm being way too gay to be honest... what even I am thinking of?!

I watch as he leaves my table and starts to serve others. What's the time? Shit.

I look at my watch, and it's already 6.30 AM. Shit, shit, shit..! I'm am really late..

I end my coffee and rush to the exit.

As I sit in my office, Chloe opens door.

"Heyy! How are you? It's shity day to be honest.." she sqweaks last part under her breath.

Chloe is my old friend. We are friends since we met in college. She is really supportive and helpful. She's like sister to me. Like one I've once lost... She is working same job as me. Because I am son of my fathers company and she was whining and begging me to ask my father if she can work here.

So here she is. Standing in front of me.

"I'm fine..." I murmur my answer to her.

"C'mon! I see that you are clearly NOT ok." She announce.

"I am." I stay by myself.

"I swear if you ain't telling me!" She seems to be serious...

"Ok, Ok! Yeah, I'm not fine.. " I finally give up. I swear this woman...

"Soo? What it is? What's on your mind?"

"It's just... I saw one boy today at café-"

"Omg!!! Did you asked him out? Did you got his number??? What's his name?"

I got plenty of questions from her.

"I didn't even finish! And no, I'm didn't asked him out... weirdo..."

"Hey! Don't call me weirdo! Look at yourself!"

After small pause I finally say to her, "Shut up.." and look at her with an annoyed face.

"Ok, Ok.. " she rolls her eyes. "Just tell me about the boy already!"

"Ugh.. fine.." I don't know why I am even doing this...

"So.. as I was heading to work, I wanted coffee, so I decided to run into café to grab one. As I waited, waitress came to me... he was... attractive..? Man... I don't know... I'm not gay!" I finish.

"Oh.. what's his name tho?" She asks quietly.

"Elijah... Elijah Harrison... " I murmur.

"Wow.. my ex is Elijah. Not Harrison tho." She rolls her eyes.

"Shut the fuck up! I don't wanna hear about him.." I remembered him from college.

"Ohh, remember time he was taller than you and he made fun of you? Like, he took things from your hands and put on high places so you won't reach?" She teased me, and started laughing.

"Oh, shut up... now I'm not short..." I crossed my arms.

"Yeah, yeah, now you're taller than a giraffe" She rolled her eyes.

"Fuck off."

"Anyways, I have work that needs to be ready so cya!"

She stood up and gave me last look with smile before leaving room.

Now I can return to my papers... ugh... why I need to work, we have wealthy family anyway!

While I was looking through papers I remembered about him... waitress... Elijah...

"nah, don't be gay Alex.." I thought to myself.

But there's something about him... I can't describe... Ok, let's return to papers.
