Baby Branch and his friends were sitting quietly on the couch, ready to watch Disney's The Lion King. The sound of popcorn popping and the sweet smell of chocolate chip cookies got them excited.
"Alright, I just found the movie, and now pressing play, boo-yah, there we go, I have the movie ready," John Dory announced.
"Hooray!!" Young Kismet said.
Trickee, who finished talking to his older sister Roxanne on the phone, came into the living room and climbed on the couch, sitting next to Boom.
"I'm so ready to watch the movie!" Trickee said.
"Me too!" Ablaze chimed in.
"I know right? I had always wanted to see it," Boom said.
"Me too, me too! Oh, when's the movie going to play? I want to see it. I want seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it," Hype said.
The TV screen showed the Disney opening logo, which their frowns suddenly turned into bright smiles.
They clapped and cheered. "YAAAAAAAAAAY!!!"
"Now that we can watch the movie," Baby Branch cheered.
The beginning of the "Circle of Life" song played. Out of the blue, Boom sang the part of the song. Baby Branch, Ablaze, Hype, and Trickee faced him in shock.
"What?" Boom questioned.
"How did you know that part?" Baby Branch asked.
"Have you seen this movie already?" Trickee asked.
"Dude, I thought you said that you didn't see this movie." Ablaze crossed his arms.
"I didn't see it. I just heard it while watching the trailer last week. And then I repeated the trailer, and my song got in my head," Boom explained.
"Ooohhhh!" Baby Branch, Hype, Ablaze, and Trickee said.
"Popcorn and cookies are ready!" Spruce twirled around, passing a bright red bowl to each of the little ones. Inside were two medium-sized cookies and popcorn.
"MmMmMm!! Yummy!!" Hype took a bite of the cookie.
"Thank you, Spruce!" Baby Branch said.
"Thank you!" Trickee, Hype, Boom, and Ablaze said too.
"You're welcome! Here's some popcorn and cookies for you guys too." Spruce passed each of his brothers a bowl of popcorn with two cookies on it.
Clay munched on some popcorn. "Thanks!"
"Mmmm, you sure make good popcorn, bro," John Dory said.
"Mmmmmm. These cookies are so divine," Floyd smiled.
"Why thank you!" Spruce said.
"Oh my gosh, are you guys going to watch the movie with us?" Ablaze asked.
"Why not?" John Dory sat on the couch, along with Floyd, Clay, and Spruce.
"Let's watch the movie guys!" Hype said.
They began to watch The Lion King.
