Rewrite The Stars

Pt. 2

Bangchan grabbed his headphones and left the hotel. As he walked aimlessly and was stopped at a red light he couldn't help himself, he took a deep breath, closed his eyes and tilted his head up. Feeling the cold droplets touch his face, he chuckled to himself. He felt someone walk past him and was brought back to reality.

She always enjoyed watching people enjoy life, it was a reminder to herself that life is short and you should always make the most of it. She walked into her apartment, taking her boots off and hanging her coat, she put some water on the stove to boil and sat down connecting her camera to her laptop, she began looking through the photos she had taken that day. A child and his dog running in puddles, an elderly couple holding hands while holding the umbrella, she she took the photo she hadn't noticed that the man was half out the umbrella so his wife could be fully under, and her favorite photo, a young man with his head tilted up to the sky and smiling. Just then her tea pot started to whistle, she took it off, grabbed a mug and made herself some tea. Her phone begins to ring

"Hey"

"What are you doing"

"I just got home, why?"

"Did you forget what day it is?"

"Umm no, of course not"

"Yes you did, the tickets go on sale today, i'm down stairs, throw the keys down"

"Ahh shit, okay "

Her friend walks in, y/n hands her a cup of tea

"We have to make you your own copy of keys, you come her more than your own place"

"That's cause i still live with my parents and siblings"

"Yeah that's true, you have your own version of the Brady bunch going on over there"

"Yeah but more unhinged"

They both laugh as y/n leans against the counter and her friend sits on the couch

"Are these photos you took today?"

"Yeah i was just about to edit them to post them"

Her friend looks up at her "why is it you are under alias instead of just being under your own name again?"

"It's more freeing, i didn't think i'd get that popular and since i did at least this way i can enjoy life without being constantly bothered when i'm out trying to enjoy life"

"That true"

"Look at the last one, its my favorite, kind of reminds me of myself"

Her friend starts to choke on her tea

"Are you okay?" y/n hands her a cup of water

"Do you not know who you photographed?"

"I barely looked at it" y/n sat next to her friend and looked at the photo closely "holy shit"

"Holy shit is right"

y/n stares at the photo in shock "i walked past him literally right after the photo was taken"

"You were breathing the same air as Bangchan! The fact that he's your bias and you didn't even notice"

y/n sits back, plopping her head on the couch "to run into him on a rainy Tuesday night is so random"

"The stars must have aligned perfectly, god truly has favorites"

"I don't think i should post it"

"What why?! It's a beautiful photo"

"It is and it's my favorite, but what if he doesn't want stays knowing he's in Chicago? He was walking alone, no security he deserves to be able to do that without someone leaking his location"

"That's true"

"Maybe i'll send it to him personally"

"You don't think he's going to be creeped out"

"I mean it's not like I knew it was him"

"I know that and you know that but he might not, even if you explain it him, he's a celebrity after all he may not know who he can trust"

"I hate when you're right, anyways let's get to buying these tickets"

"I'm sorry we couldn't get you a ticket!" she says hugging y/n

"Are you kidding me! I'm surprised we even got one, I'm so happy for you!"

"I feel bad"

y/n hits her friend in the arm "quit that shit, you have nothing to feel bad about"

Her friend leaves and y/n goes back to editing her photos

She looks at the photo of bangchan and cant help but smile at him smiling

She goes to her old photos that she hasn't posted yet, she finds one of the moon and stars reflecting off the water at the beach, she posts it with the caption if the stars were to align perfectly would you notice?
