They starting walking around the city

The city lights illuminated the path you were walking on, casting a warm glow all around. He stole glances at you, admiring the way the lights reflected off your face.

His mind was still slightly hazy from the alcohol, but he was enjoying this moment,
just walking with you and you being with him.

They continued walking through the city, the lights from the buildings casting dancing shadows on the pavement.

The night air was cool, and he pulled you a little closer to him, partly to shield you from the breeze, and partly because he wanted to feel your warmth against him.

He kept his gaze ahead, but he stole glances at you, the soft glow of the city lights illuminating your features, making you look even more beautiful in his eyes.

He noticed a small ice cream stand as they were walking by, he couldn't help
but smile at the sight of it. He slowed his pace a bit and turned to look at you.

"Want some ice cream?"

He asked smiling

She looked up at him and smiled and nodded.

He laughed seeing your eagerness for ice cream.
He removed his hand from your hand and led you towards the stand.

"What flavour do you want?"
he asked, his eyes scanning the various
ice creams on display.

"Strawberry!"

He nodded and ordered two strawberry ice creams.
He handed one to you before taking a small bite from his own.

"Here you go"
he said, his fingers gently brushing against yours as he handed you the ice cream,
"careful it's a bit cold" he said.

He licked his ice cream, the sweetness filling his mouth.
He glanced at you as you ate, his curiosity getting the better of him.

"So" he said, his tone still casual
"you never told me why you were at the bar by yourself earlier"

She a moment to lick her ice cream, her eyes avoiding his
for a moment as if contemplating whether to tell him or not.

"Honestly...I was a bit upset, and I just wanted to get out of the house for a while"

she admitted, her voice softened
"the bar seemed like a good place to clear my head"

She could also tell he was tipsy at that moment.

"did you take a drink or two?"
she asked him.

He laughed

"Yeah, I might have had a bit to drink"

he admitted, taking another bite of his ice cream "but I'm good, don't worry about me"

He continued eating his ice cream, his mind slightly fuzzy.
But he couldn't shake off the feeling that there was something you weren't telling him.

He looked at you for a moment, studying your expression.

"are you sure that's all?"

he asked, his tone becoming slightly serious

"you seem like you're only telling me part of the story"

She stayed quite.

He took another bite of his ice cream, his eyes fixed on you, waiting for your answer. He knew it was wrong to pry, but his jealousy was getting the better of him.

"Who were those guys you were with earlier?"
"I didn't recognize them"

"they were just some random people" She said.

He couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy at the thought of you being
around other guys, even if they were just random strangers.

"just some random people, huh,"

he said, his tone slightly sarcastic,

"didn't seem like they were just strangers, the way they were all over you earlier"

She tried to play it cool
"you're just drunk don't worry about this"

He chuckled softly, his expression turning into a smirk.
He knew you had a point, the alcohol was most likely just amplifying his emotions.

"Yeah, maybe you're right,"

he admitted, his eyes looking at you again

"but still, it didn't sit right with me seeing you with those guys"

Just than a bit of ice cream went on her chin.

He couldn't help but laugh when he saw a bit of ice cream on your chin.
His heart fluttered at the sight, finding it cute yet incredibly endearing.

"You got a little something there,"

he said, his voice soft, as
his thumb gently brushed against your chin, wiping away the ice cream gently.

He leaned in, his thumb still on your chin, and pressed his lips against yours, a gentle and tender kiss.
The taste of the strawberry ice cream still lingered on both of your lips

She laughed and than said
"you know the moonlight is gonna be out tonight"

"wanna go somewhere we can see it"

He smiled at your suggestion, the thought of spending more
time with you under the night sky sounding amazing to him.

"Of course"

he said, his fingers gently caressing your cheek
"I know a good spot we can watch the moon from. It's not too far from here"
