[Her Point of View]
~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today was super sunny, and I was all excited! But then, my schedule kept changing, which is super confusingggg. I wondered why and how that was happening, but whatever!
I giggled a bit, thinking about causing some mischief. Just as I was about to run to the sand, my butler, Geo, swooped in and grabbed me."Noooooo! How did you find me?" I protested, but he just laughed. He looked all fancy with his long hair and suit, like a real-life human CCTV. He's always watching me, which is soooo annoying. Why can't I just play? I'm just a kid!
Geo dragged me back to the mansion's kitchen, where he sat me down in front of him.
"Young Lady, how many times do I have to tell you not to get dirty?" he scolded, but I just sulked more and tries to ignore him
"You just took a bath." He sighs when he knows that I won't reply on him. Then suddenly He got up, looking like he couldn't handle my sulking anymore. So I took this chance to escape and go to the playground! Just as I was about to leave again, he put some milk on the table with matching of blue Berry cake, which is... my favorite...
"HMP!" I huffed and sat back down, pouting as I grabbed a fork to eat cake. But Geo stopped me again. I looked at him, pouting.
"Before you eat, you have to pray," he said softly, looking at me like he adored me. I pouted even more. "Stop pouting because you'll look like a duck sooner or later, my lady."
"And your mother won't like if she saw her daughter looks like a duck already." I stopped pouting and closed my eyes, folding my hands.
"Bless us, O Lord,
and these thy gifts
which we are about to receive
from Thy bounty.
Through Christ, our Lord.
Amen."I blinked awake, the ceiling above me stirring memories from long ago, like scenes from a film reel. A nap had transported me back to childhood, and the gentle breeze and warm sunlight streaming through the window whispered of lazy summer afternoons. Someone had silenced my alarm, undoubtedly Geo, my ever-watchful guardian. Despite my penchant for lingering in bed, I knew he was there, a constant presence in my life, always beside me.
Ay Mali... Kahapon lang pala naganap yun huhu
"Good morning, My Lady," Geo's voice floated over to me as he stood by the open window, a hint of amusement in his tone. I groaned, burying myself deeper under the covers.
"Noooo... need more sleep," I protested, my voice muffled by the pillow as I clung to my bed.
"Mukhang nag puyat ka na naman, My Lady" Geo remarked, his observation makes me wake up. Napabugtong hininga nalang ako then stretched as if I was a cat just to wake myself up more.
Of course, I can't let him tell dad about it once again. After stretching, I stood up and went to the bathroom. It seems He's here to change my bedsheets. He always enters my room without permission when it's the "changing bedsheets" day or should I say "wednesday". I started to clean myself habang inaalala yung mga childhood memories ko na hanggang ngayon pinanghahawakan ko. After all, Geo has already taken care of me as if he's my real brother.
After showering, I dried myself off and dressed in my typical attire. After all, I'm home schooled. My dad hired dozens of tutors to teach me well, because its a successor training. I need to be smart enough so no one can fool me... But.. I wonder why Geometry and Calculus was part of it.
