**Brooklyn's POV**

~ I'm in complete darkness when I wake up. I look around, confused and extremely soar. I struggle to get up and move around. I'm eventually in between two doors. At the far left end, it shows the horrid monster that I've been forced to become. And the right end, shows my sanity. And most importantly, my beautiful guardians. My angels. My mothers.

I try running to them, but the door seems to shrink with every yard I run. I start screaming for them as I get dragged into what seems to be the pits of hell. I try to fight back, but of corse, the insanity that has now took control pushes me further. Screaming so much my vocal cords strain, I try to strangle my insanity. I'm then left with all these different faces. One without a face... A carved smiled face... A clown face... Pretty much a lot of random faces. I stop, looking at them confused. They start to close me in, making me immensely claustrophobic. "B-B-BACK THE F-FUCK OFF!!!" I howl and start swinging punches and kicks everywhere. I didn't care how ridiculous I looked, I just wanted them to get away. Then something holds my arms and legs down. I struggle to get out of it's grasp as it violently starts shaking me. This is when I actually woke up.~

I woke up screaming and thrashing in a grip. Realizing I'm conscious, I stop. I look around to see a towering creature pinning me down with tendrils. I see about 5 people on each side of the creature, giving me weird, concerned, confused or amused glares. "About fucking time she stopped." Someone commented, which earned them a slap from another. "Everyone exit the infirmary, I need to talk to her alone." The thing holding me down orders, and everyone files out. Breathing heavily, I look up at it and study it.

It had no face. Judging from appearance, I'm guessing it was at least 8 feet tall. It was wearing a nice dress suit, and had these claw like fingers attached to very large hands. It had solid black tendrils protruding from its back, pinning me down. I blink and look at where it's eyes would be.

"Are you alright child?" It asks me. Its voice was raspy, but sounded masculine. I hesitantly nodded at him. He releases me, allowing me to sit up. I try to ask something but he stops me. "Do not speak, you have damaged your vocal cords." He tells me. "Let me tell you everything child. My name is Slenderman, and you have been brought to my mansion. Years ago, word got out that there has been a rebirth of another ghoul; you. Ghouls are extremely rare now, ever sense the government wiped out most of the ghoul population. I sent out one of my best killers, Jeffery Woods, to search for you. He comes back, informing me that he has found your existence. In order to prove that you were indeed the rebirth of a ghoul, I needed Jeffery to destroy your weakness; your mothers. After doing so, we waited. When Jeffery saw the slight changes occurring, that informed me that our theory was correct. Now, all I needed to do is have you here. You, miss Brooklyn Mercurius, belong here. Another year out there would get you exterminated. Plus, you would most definitely fit in better here than where you are now. Even though you are not what we are, you are still an insane killer, wether you enjoy it of not. You, as I've said, are a Ghoul. The rest of us are Creepypastas. If you don't mind me asking, will you accept my invitation to join our "family"? Nod or shake your head for your response. Your vocal cords will not heal for a few days so if needed whisper."

By this point I'm shocked. He knew everything about me? From birth to now? I blink, taking everything in. I run my fingers through my hair sighing. All I wanted to do was cry. Did my mothers know what I was? Is that why they took away all of those pictures I drew? Is this why they homeschooled me? Only allowing me to talk to a few girls? I stare at my bare feet for about 10 minutes, before looking Slenderman dead where his eyes would be. I nod slowly, answering his question. He nods back, and gives me my clothes and glasses, looking like they were brand new. "Thank you." I whisper. He nods again and says "When you are ready, step outside the door. I will gather everyone to greet you." And with that, he leaves me alone in the hospital-like room.
