The first sight of snow wasn't like any other. The children were sleeping soundly in the neatly cleaned bedrooms, the smiling critters up and getting ready for the days plans, catnap, as usual, sleeping, and player, just sitting next to the main area windows, watching the snow fall.

She was pretty bored, and didn't have a job to do, as she was zoned out, not even paying attention to the world around her.

"I wonder.. how would it be if I didn't come here?" She thought to herself, thinking of the time she saved them all, despite the hour of joy and bringing some new foster kids in, she still couldn't help but wonder, what would it be like if she didn't come here in the first place?

It hadn't been long before she was pretty much interrupted by her thoughts. Catnap had woken up a long time ago, and was now trying to get her out of her thoughts. "Player, are you just gonna be sitting here all day?" He asked, his voice low, raspy, and scratchy.

She snapped out of her thoughts, and looked over at him, before chuckling embarrassed and rubbing the back of her neck. "Sorry about that catnap. I was lost in thought" she said, before looking out the window, and finally realizing that it's snowing.

It's been a long time since it snowed where they are, and seeing it happen like this is just unbelievable.

"Woah! It's snowing!" She said, getting up from the chair she sitting in, and getting a better view outside. Catnap had chuckled a bit as soon as he seen her stand up.

"You didn't notice? I thought you would have known by now."

"No, I didn't"

"The how come your already here?"

"I dunno. I didn't have anything else to do." She said, looking over at him, before she heard a voice coming up from behind them, it was the usual sound of DogDay's voice. "You two love birds can talk all you want, as long as your at least helping." He said, walking past them from the kitchen.

She managed to help find DogDay's legs when the place was in ruins, but thinking about that wasn't really the best.

She gently rolled her eyes, before pushing herself off the window, and heading over to playcare.

Her job was to do the usual at this time: wake up the kids, feed them, play with them, Etc. It was always the job that she had to work with when she had nothing to do, other than taunting herself with thinking about how much she sacrificed for this place. She saved mommy, huggy, and all the smiling critters before the prototype had the chance to even find them and kill, like he killed her older brother Kai.

Other than that, she's a hero to all of playtime Co.

On the way over to the children's rooms, she had found herself listening to all the ruckus that was going on in there. Already knowing their awake, she opened the door, to see a load of the happy and wide awake children playing around.

"Ms. Jay, are we gonna play outside today?" One of the children asked, running up to her and hugging her leg like she was a stuffed animal.

She chuckled a bit, rubbing the top of her head, and bending down to her level "maybe, but it depends if you guys get ready and head downstairs for breakfast." She said, the word breakfast catching the attention of all the little girls and boys, as they all immediately started looking for some clean clothing.

"I don't know how DogDay could suffer from trauma before I saved him to soothing it out with the children" she thought to herself, before chuckling and shaking her head, heading out of the room, and heading downstairs to the kitchen. "Well, someday I'll understand" she thought to herself again, heading into the kitchen, where the usual good cook, picky, had already got breakfast ready.

"Woah, went all out huh?"
"Yep"
"The children are getting ready."
"Alright."
Player was dazzled by how picky was able to do make breakfast so fast, but she shook her head, and just walked over to the main area, where she was at first.

"DogDay, the kids are up and getting ready" she said, walking back over to the chair she was at.

"Alright" he said, making his way towards the break room area. It was time for a break anyway.

As she sat on the side, she mainly paid attention to the snow, a small smile forming on her face as she looked out the window.

Catnap had been watching her from the side, and he felt like scaring her at this moment.

He slowly and quietly came up from behind her, and put a paw on her head, causing her to jump, and let out little squeal of fear.

"WHA-!" She yelled out, before looking at him. He was laughing his butt off, before she face palmed herself and sighed. "Damn it catnap! That wasn't funny!" She said, still shaking a bit from the jump.

Catnap was chuckling a bit, before he spoke up. "Sorry sorry. I couldn't help myself" he said, ruffling up her hair. She sighed gently, before fixing her hair. "Well fuck you too." She said, flipping him off, before trying to calm her racing heart.

"You know you love me" he said, crossing his stitched up arms. It's not seeable, but she can tell that he's hiding a smirk in that tone of his.
