We came back to the dining area.........we sat opposite each other.....had our dinner and then she with her family left for her house.
I was in my room thinking about her..
SHREYA - the only name that has started living in my mind and heart without any rent......
I can't help but feel lucky that I have got her......she wants to wear mumma's saree on our engagement.......SHE IS PRECIOUS.
I received a call from dhruv.....
Call conversation
Rajveer - kya hai
Dhruv - tu bata naa kyaa hai.......mujhe toh laga tu mujhe bhai maanta hai....lekin tune toh mujhe apni shadi ke baare me batane layak bhi nhi samjhaaa
Rajveer - Ho gya melodrama ?......Maine bhabhi ko call karke bataya tha....and don't lie because I know you were there only.....leech ki tarah toh chipka rehta hai meri bhabhi se...
Dhruv - Haan haan beta main bhi dekhunga....Teri bhi toh shaadi hone hi wali hai naa......accha sun I called you just to inquire.....everything is going good right? I mean that lady and your father....
Rajveer - that's the problem right....they are behaving way too good than they are actually......pata nhi isme bhi kya chal hai Mrs Mittal ki......I know she would definitely try to do something....she can't see me being happy for long....but I would let her ruin anything.
Dhruv - hmmm......nice.....bol toh abhi unke bete ke company ka bojh badha du baat waat karke? Abhi bhagti hui aa jaayegii
Rajveer - (chuckling) no need to do that
Dhruv - accha leave it......toh bata kaisa lag rha hai shaadi ka laddoo apne haath me lekar??
Rajveer - waisa hi jaisa pehle lag rha thaa
Dhruv - how boring....meri behen toh boriyat ke bojh tale dabb jaayegi tujhse shaadi ke baad
Rajveer - Shut up
Dhruv - (chuckled) chal bhai I need to sleep now...warna aaj bhi late soya toh couch pe sona padegaa
Rajveer - (laughing) bhabhi ka darr......chal good night.
Call conversation end...
Even I slept after that as I had my flight back to Amritsar tomorrow.
Fast forward to 3 days before engagement.
Shreya's POV
It was late in the night. We have our engagement in three days..........and tomorrow Rajveer is coming to pick me up as we have to go to select our rings.
