<Third person's pov>

Weeks before the festival, all of the students were busy, some with their performance, some still thinking what to do for the booth. The teacher also have agreed to end the class early so that the students can prepare for the festival.

The group of 7 were at the school field, planning for the festival and also spend some times together like they always do.

"I thank the festival for making the class ended early."

"Just say that you don't want study anymore, Dohoon."

"You know me so well, Eunha."the boy laughed.

Eunha just shook her head, they used to it at this point.

"Other than the performance, what else you guys want to do?"Jihoon asked.

"What about you girls sells your dessert?"Youngjae asked.

"Yes, noona. I'm sure everyone will love it."Kyungmin chimed in.

"I agree."Dohoon said, sneakily took Hana's bottle and drank it without her noticing.

"Right. I will be your biggest supporter."Jihoon said.

"Erm, it's me actually."Hanjin sassily told them.

"No! It's me!"Kyungmin stand up.

"Well guys, hate to break your bubble but it's me. I'm the one that suggest it."

"Well, we will think about it later."Eunha told them while Hana just nod her head.

While the others were talking with each other, Hana, who sit beside Youngjae took a few glance at him, somehow feeling nervous.

"What's wrong, Hana?"Youngjae asked, noticing the glance she throw at him.

"Nothing."she said before focusing on the others.

Youngjae, noticing the nervousness in her, scooting closer.

"You can tell me what's wrong, Hana."

"No, it just-"fidgeting with her finger, a guilty feeling rushed over.

"I'm listening."Youngjae said, looking at her, patiently waiting for the next word coming from her mouth.

"Can you tell me what song will you perform? Please~"she asked, looking at him with her doe eyes.

"As much as I want to tell you guys, I can't. I'm sorry."

"But just me. Please Youngjae, please~"clasping her hand, hoping it will make him tell her.

"Do you think if you make that cute face of yours, I will tell you? Better luck next time, buddy."

"Hmphh."she turned to the front, upset.

Youngjae laughed and ruffled her hair.

"But why do you want to know so much?"he asked curiously.

"No, it just-"

     Flashback

<Hana's pov>

I was in the school toilet, tidying myself before the next lesson. As I was busy with myself, the toilet room door open.

"Oh, hey Hana!"she greeted, waving at me.

"Hey, Shinyeon."I greeted back.

After she done with her business, she joined me infront of the mirror.

"Hey, I have something to asked you?"she asked, washing her hands.

"What is it?"

"Do you know what song will Youngjae perform?"she asked, looking straight at me.

"No."I told her.

"Really? He didn't tell you."

"Yes, why?"I asked, confused.

"Oh nothing. By the way, how long have you guys been friends?"

I stop what I'm doing, trying to remember back the first time we all met.

"More than 10 years ago."

"Wow, that's long. And he didn't want to tell you what song he will perform. Isn't that weird?"

"Erm no."

"Really?"

"Yes. I bet he has his own reason why he don't want to tell us."

"Well, if that's what you think."

"What do you mean?"I asked, getting annoyed with her.

"Well, you guys have been friends for that long and he still wants it to be secret. I mean if I asked him then it's understandable but you guys, well I don't know."she shrugged.

"Oh, class is starting soon. Bye."she left the toilet.

After she left, I start to think back about what she said. I'm sure he has his own reason but the overthinking in me start to take over.

"What if he didn't feel like we are impor- no Hana no he is not someone like that. Just think good. Maybe he wants to surprise us. Yes, a surprise. Dude you should stop overthinking about everything."I said to myself, slightly hit my head.

     End of flashback

"Just..?"Youngjae voice bring me back from my thought.

"Nothing."I sigh.

He pat my head softly.

"You don't need to worry. I keep it secret doesn't mean you guys are not important to me anymore. If that's what you think."

I looked at him. Did he just read my mind? How can he know that? Like HOW? It's literally word to word of what I thought.

"What? Surprise? I know you for long. You and your overthinking little mind."

I chuckled.

"Sorry."

"It's not your fault, princess."

"I really need to stop overthinking."I whispered, a reminder to myself.

We then joined the others talking about everything.
