Translator XiaoBai:

Here is a ranking of consorts for now as I will constantly update it as we go further into the story:

Empress (皇后) – The highest-ranking woman in the palace, she holds authority over all other consorts and is often the Emperor's main wife.

Noble Consorts (贵妃, 贤妃, 淑妃, 德妃) – These prestigious titles are of equal rank and typically held by those highly favored by the Emperor. (Gui Fei, Xian Fei, Shu Fei, and De Fei are all first-rank consorts but Guifei is the most prestigious.)

Zhaoyi (昭仪) , Zhaoyuan (昭媛), Zhaorong (昭容)

Shunyi (顺仪), Shunyuan (顺媛) , Shunrong (顺容) – A third-rank concubine position.

Xiuyi (修仪), Xiuyuan (修媛), Xiurong (修容) – Titles from the Nine Consorts, indicating higher status among concubines.

Jieyu (婕妤) – A favored title for consorts of moderate rank.

Meiren (美人) – Meaning "Beautiful Lady," a lower-ranked concubine but still favored by the Emperor.

Wanrong (婉容)

Cairen (才人) – A rank for those selected for their talents.

Baolin (宝林) – A relatively low-ranking consort, often translated as "Noble Lady."

Cainu (采女) – A lower-ranking concubine or female attendant, representing those without significant status in the court.
