Chapter 2

JK POV-
I came home all covered in blood. Chill, it wasn't mine.

I washed up and came downstairs in the living room where everyone else was already seated. They had eaten their dinner, while I had eaten outside.

We were watching a movie called 'Damsel' on Netflix. When the scene about the girl's Marriage proposal came, im sure I saw my parents exchange looks. Mom paused the movie and everyone turned towards me.

"Jungkook, We want to talk to you about something important. " Dad said seriously.

"Ok, go ahead" I said

"As you know, We want to strike a deal with the Kims to fix our rivalry. The papers are ready but to ensure that no side betrays the other, We have thought about a Marriage. " Dad continued.

"Wow that's Great!!! To be honest Jennie, even though  Kim Taehyung was my arch nemesis, I have heard a lot of good things about him. Apparently, he has a really nice personality too!!" I turned towards my parents and said, "Taehyung will be great for Jennie! "

All 3 of them exchanged looks and Finally Jennie spoke up

" I do not wish to marry right now. I gotta focus on the Company. Its you who's getting married, you idiot!! " She said like a miss know-it-all which she is. (Or so she likes to think)

I questioningly Looked at mom and dad who slowly nodded, confirming what my sister had just said.

"I have a lot of responsibilities too yk? And besides, who will I marry?? Isn't Taehyung their only child? " I asked.

" Responsibilities?? like what?? " Jennie asked in a bitchy tone.

" Jennie!!! " My mom fake scolded her and continued, " The Kims have a daughter too. Taehyung's little sister, her name's Yn"

"Where did a new kim appear from out of the Blue??!?!! " I asked, Shocked at this new revelation.

Everyone gave me a 'so done' face. -_-

"Ok ok, but I need to See her. How is her personality? How old is she? I can't just marry a rando who's whole existence was a Secret till now!! " I ranted.

I saw Mom taking out her phone while dad said, " She's 24 and I'm sure she's great. " Mom clicked on smth and showed her phone screen to my sister. Jennie smiled and gasped, giving mom a look which girls usually give each other while gossiping.

"What is it? Let me see !! " I demanded.

"It's a surprise kook! " Jennie giggled.

I protested again but to no avail. At last I gave up and sighed, about to get up when dad said, " And oh, I almost forgot. We're going over to the Kim's mansion to meet them around 6 pm. Ask your manager to clear your schedule and get ready on time. I don't wanna hear any excuses! Am I clear?? "

"Why would he complain dad, he's very eager to see his future wife, aren't you kook?? 😏" Jennie interrupted, teasing me with her nasty smirk.

"Shut up you twat!! " I shot back, giving her a death stare.

She looked at mom. They both started giggling. I sighed frustratedly and went to my room.

(In the room)
I lay on my bed and my thoughts wandered off to the mystery Kim. What was her name again?? Oh yes, Yn. Idk why I like this name. I wonder how she looks, how she is.... I guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow evening...

Idk when I slept but I know that the last thought on my mind was about that girl...
