As the wind howled outside, growing fiercer with every passing moment, the multiverse portal flared to life once more. Despite the raging storm, a new figure stepped through, her presence bringing an immediate sense of calm and assurance.

It was **Vectalia**, another one of Seamus' trusted friends. She was a striking figure with her light blue skin, large green eyes, and medium greenish wavy hair cascading over her purple shirt and crimson skirt. Her eyes scanned the chaotic scene, taking in the swirling winds and the ominous clouds of Hurricane Helene fast approaching. Her calm demeanor contrasted sharply with the storm, as if she knew exactly what needed to be done.

"Ah, Vectalia!" Seamus shouted, his face lighting up with relief as he bounced over toward her. "Perfect timing, lass! We've got a hurricane bearing down on us, and we could use some of that *engineering magic* of yours!"

Jacob, standing nearby with Skylar, nodded in agreement. "We need to make sure the Citadel can withstand the storm—and fast!"

Vectalia gave a confident smile, her tail flicking lightly behind her. "You're in luck. I've come prepared. Remember that 'bouncy basement' we built? It's fully reinforced and can even bring parts of the Citadel underground for safety."

"Wait, we can lower the Citadel?" Skylar asked, intrigued.

Vectalia nodded. "Exactly. The entire foundation of the Citadel can be brought underground for protection during extreme situations. And I'd say a hurricane qualifies as 'extreme.'"

Without missing a beat, Vectalia moved toward the Citadel's **control room**, a space filled with strange, otherworldly levers and pulsing lights. Jacob, Skylar, and Seamus followed closely behind, eager to help. As the wind rattled the Citadel's walls, Vectalia began adjusting the controls with practiced ease.

"The underground levels are already reinforced," Vectalia explained as she worked. "We'll start by bringing the Citadel's main structures down into the bouncy basement. That'll keep us safe from the worst of the hurricane."

Seamus, ever the optimist, grinned. "Looks like we're not just bouncing around anymore—we're going *underground* bouncin'!"

The group watched as the Citadel's spires slowly descended, the entire structure responding to Vectalia's precise commands. The walls shimmered as the Citadel began to shift, sections of it disappearing below the ground, including the **bouncy ballroom**, **trampoline park**, and even the **moonball racetrack**. Everything was being protected in the depths of the **bouncy basement**, a hidden level Jacob and Skylar had helped create with Seamus and Vectalia.

The ground trembled lightly as the last of the Citadel's towering heights descended below the earth, leaving only a fortified dome above ground. Outside, the hurricane raged on, but inside, everything was secure.

Once the Citadel was fully secured underground, Vectalia turned to the others with a smirk. "Well, that takes care of the hurricane. Now, I believe it's time to *celebrate*."

Jacob laughed, glancing at Skylar. "I think I know how we're going to celebrate."

Seamus, unable to hold back his excitement, gave a hearty cheer. "You heard her, folks! It's bouncin' time!"

---

In no time at all, the **bouncy basement** came to life. Despite the chaos outside, the underground space was filled with the sound of joyful bouncing. From the grand **bouncy ballroom** to the towering **super trampolines**, everyone began to bounce—no exceptions.

Jacob and Skylar led the way, their laughter infectious as they jumped high into the air. Seamus joined in with Bouncer, the two of them leaping effortlessly from trampoline to trampoline, their movements almost synchronized with the energy of the room. Vectalia, though more composed, also bounced with elegance, her greenish hair flowing behind her as she took graceful leaps.

The celebration spread quickly. Even the more unexpected guests, like **Brandy and Mr. Whiskers**, couldn't resist the fun. Brandy, ever prim and proper, tried to act cool at first, but even she gave in to the joy of bouncing. Mr. Whiskers, naturally chaotic, was already in full bouncy mode, hopping from obstacle to obstacle in the inflatable course.

**Sonic and Amy**—both versions—were having a field day on the super trampolines, trying to outdo each other with flips and spins, while **Pecos Bill** and **Slue-Foot Sue** took to the bouncy ballroom with their signature *kaboom* bounces, sending ripples through the air with every leap.

**Ash, Serena, and Pikachu** joined in as well, with Pikachu hopping around excitedly, electric sparks dancing around its cheeks. "Pika-pika!" it cheered, enjoying the bouncy chaos.

Even **Marsu** and **Leo**, ever the daredevils, found a way to bring their unique flair to the celebration. Leo, still bouncing on his **Ballon Sateur**, challenged anyone to a friendly moonball race, while Marsu bounded high above the crowd, letting out his signature "**HOUBA!**" with each leap.

Meanwhile, **Tulushuggua** and **Cethleann** had found their own bouncy rhythm, their powerful forms sending waves through the floor with each jump. Cethleann's pink hair and purple armor shimmered in the lights of the room, while Tulushuggua's teal hooves added their own unique bounce to the mix.

Everyone—from multiverse heroes to Seamus' fantastical friends—was caught up in the celebration. The entire Citadel, now safely underground, was alive with energy, bouncing, and laughter.

As the bounces reached new heights, Jacob turned to Skylar, smiling. "Who would've thought we'd be celebrating like this, in the middle of a hurricane?"

Skylar grinned back, jumping beside him. "I think we've found our way through crazier adventures before—but this one might just be the best bounce yet."

Jacob glanced around at their friends, the multiverse characters, and Seamus, who was currently trying to out-bounce Bouncer. He laughed, feeling the joy in the air. "You're right. We've got the best crew—and the best Citadel—for it."

And so, as the storm raged on outside, everyone inside the Citadel bounced, cheered, and celebrated the triumph of friendship, ingenuity, and, of course, the power of bouncing.

This was just the beginning of their newest adventure.
