Synopsis
Lee Haru, at 27, comes to terms with the fact that she may just never leave this place.
She's already feeling cramped enough in her own body, what more in a small town where she felt alien? A place that was more of a stranger rather than a home?
Life moved painfully slow, and routines ran through the same boring cycle. Perhaps the new guy down the road could change that for her?
Oh...he just dropped a mug. And his coffee. On her rug. He's gonna have to pay twice for that.

This story will tackle multiple themes like: body dysmorphia, racial and bodily discrimination, and lastly depression. I will be doing my best to handle these topics sensitively. Other than that, proceed with caution.

Author's note: I haven't been on here in YEARS so I hope to at least put up something that could mark my improvement when it comes to writing. This is simply self indulgent as I also haven't been able to find D.O. fics with a similar concept.
