The next few days were wonderful for Sarah and Jassin who made love everywhere they could get away with it. In the stables coming in with hay in their hair and in the indoor garden conservatory under the roses. They would run down the halls chasing each other and find a broom closet to have sex and scare the maids. It was happening all over the place.
The High Queen at breakfast one morning said, “So, I hear you children scared a couple of maids in the supply storeroom, a groom in the stables and even in the vaults? You know that's why you have bedrooms, right?” The High King wanted to laugh, and Jassin and Sarah snickered.
Sarah, suppressing a smile, said softly, “We couldn't make it that far. He's a real charmer, that one over there next to me.”
Jassin said in a serious tone, “And this over here, well, she's a flirty temptress.”
The High King said, “Just wait until you get the gardens in season. I couldn't keep your mother out of there.”
The High Queen shouted, “Oran!” They all started laughing, and the High Queen threw her wadded up napkin at her husband and laughed.

The next day, Sarah and Jassin went to a conference room with her two big bags and the staff brought in several stacks of empty trays on a cart. Four guards were posted at the conference door. The appraiser came in and was surprised at all the empty trays in stacks.
The snobby appraiser said, “Your highness, how may I help you today?” He deliberately ignored Sarah.
Sarah said, “You can ask me that question, but you must first sign a contract of nondisclosure.” Sarah slid the paper across the table to him. The man looked at the paper and huffed, signing the paper like it was an inconvenient thing to do.
Sarah said, “You didn't read it all. Please read it all, sir.” The appraiser huffed and started reading it. His eyes got huge when he finished and looked at her.
The appraiser asked, “You found the Prospector's Treasure?”
Sarah raised her brows and said, “Yes, that surprises you?”
The appraiser said, “Well yes, it has been searched for over a millennia and nobody has found it.”
Sarah said, “I found it traveling and camped in an obscure cave. It was in a hidden passage in the far back of the cave through a narrow zigzag corridor cut into the rock. It took me four days to count the gold coins and silver coins. I contained the gemstones in my bracelet, and there were two large bags of stones that did not fit inside it. I also had four bags of uncut stones, which I sold to eleven jewelers throughout Neulspeur to liquidate them for safety purposes. This all happened nine days before I was betrothed to the High Prince.”
The appraiser was interested now and changed his attitude. He asked, “How many stones that fit in your bracelet do you have?”
Sarah said, “Hundreds of thousands from 1×2 inches down to earring and ring size stones.” His eyes got huge. Jassin took one of the bags and emptied it out on the table.
Jassin said, “There are a total of 347 large stones in these two bags.” The appraiser looked at the ruby as big as a baseball first and grabbed his jeweler's loupe eyepiece, pad, quill and ink out and started writing down figures and polishing the stones.
After the large stones were all appraised, Sarah had 437,725 gold value in large gemstones. They were all laid out on the table in trays. Sarah started dumping out parcels of stones into trays, and they began separating them by colors. Jassin left to meet up with his father for the business meeting with Lord Danveril and the High Queen came in to sit in at Jassin's request.
