How to:  Stay Fit

Before I start this chapter, I just want to say that no matter what, you are beautiful. You do not need to have a small waist or a bigger butt to be beautiful. This chapter is just if you're looking for a workout routine that isn't too difficult. I love you all so very much.

1. Cut down the junk food! This ones obvious, but very important.


2. Join a local gym to go to for working out. Go with a friend, it helps you stay motivated!


3. Create an exercise routine/workout schedule. Ex: Monday- arms, Tuesday- legs, etc.


4. Run! Running is a great workout to do outside or even on a treadmill.


5. Results!
