The Start of the Calamity.
“Take all of my sadness away.. I don't want to be here, it makes me lonely so much.. I want to be with my family..” An adult man muttered softly, he is singing, but there is no real tune in his lyrics.
But despite the fact that there's no tune, the man's voice seemed to make up for his failed no tune lyrics. His voice were that of a siren, almost hypnotic and serene. His voice could tame wild beasts in just a snap of a finger.
Yet the fact that no one listened to it is a loss. He is all alone, his feet chained and sticked to a wall. The man's room were not that spacious, simple in a good way. White walls around, a soft white bed to sleep, cabinet near the bed, a closet for clothes, a study table with a chair, a small table to eat in and a small bathroom to the side with complete basic materials.
The study table is full of books; sketch books, to be specific. Pencils, erasers and coloring materials.
Despite the man being chained, his chain is long enough to reach each corners.
The adult man, has long white hair tied in a low ponytail with a wilted rose tie, he has blue shiny eyes, fair, pale skin and pinkish lips. He wore a white robe covering his body. There's also a halo floating in his head. Sounds familiar? That man is Reiko, the once child angel who is sealed at the top floor of tower of eternity.
It's been what? 6 thousand years have passed since Reiko is imprisoned, no one remembered him anymore, except for the higher ups and his parents. Reiko grew up in the tower, he is never mistreated, just imprisoned, he is never starved, nothing is making his life a living hell.
—Well, except for the fact that he is isolated, with no one to talk to nor no one to interact with. He is incredibly lonely, too lonely, i mean, who wouldn't after being isolated to everyone for 6 thousand years?
An angel is almost immortal, with his bloodline, mixed with a devil, his life is basically never ending. Never ending life meant never ending imprisonment in the tower, never ending imprisonment meant never ending boring memories.
And boring memories would replace his memories of his life outside, his family, his friends, everyone. He will loose his memory, he will loose what made him, himself.
So Reiko began to release his artistic side, he draws everyone he knew REALISTICALLY and made sure to jot notes about the person, so he would not forget. Specially his parents who he loved so much.
Reiko have almost accepted his fate, the oracle had came once and told him of everything and clear everything out.
Reika is not resentful, he did not blame the oracle for imprisoning himself, he accepted that it would be best to be imprisoned forever, so he would not hurt anyone. He never wanted to hurt anyone, yet the fact that in exchange of being imprisoned meant he could not see anyone close to his heart made him heartbroken.
No one is allowed to visit, even the higher ups whose connected to the tower could not go there. Even his mother, Mai, could not go inside.
The poor imprisoned angel could only sing his thoughts out and draw masterpieces of his loves ones.
. . .
While the poor angel is in his floor, in his very room. Someone is outside his room, their gender unidentified as no light is coming from the area.
There's golden blood everywhere, a black scythe held by the person covered in darkness, angel knights were all laying around, lifeless and soon dispersed, existence no longer existing.
. . .
Reiko who continued to sing his own made, chorus only song, stopped once a click is heard in the exit door of his room.
