 I laid in bed as I tried to fall asleep. Leah hadn't shown up at school today. It was a bit boring but Sol was there so I wasn't bored or alone at all.

I don't like being alone. I always feel like there's something there and watching me. Every time I turn a corner I swear I see something staring at me, observing me. I don't like being watched. It makes me nervous whenever someone is watching me.

Eventually I drifted off asleep. I slept peacefully the whole night luckily. My alarm woke me up and I groaned and got up. I went and toke a shower and wore a lovely denim skirt and a strawberry shortcake tank top. I went downstairs and Amara was sitting at the table eating cereal. Soon Jamie came down and grabbed some water. I decided not to eat, I wasn't very hungry anyways.

"Are you gonna walk again?" Amara asked, startling me a bit. 

"Yeah, I'm prolly gonna walk until winter."  I replied.

"Alright then. Come on Jamie lets go I'm finished." Amara said

"Okay, could we stop at Tim Hortons?" Jamie asked as he walked out the front door.

"We'll see." Amara responded before getting into the car.

I watched the two back up and drive off. After they left I locked the door and started walking. I checked my phone and saw I got a message from Leah

the text had said "Srry Im already @ school my cousin drove me to school" 

"Oh its fine dw about im fine walking by myself :)" I replied back before putting my phone in my pocket.

 I lied I didn't wanna walk alone. 

As I was thinking to myself I saw something in the corner of my eye. I quickly looked but there was nothing there. It felt so eerie, there were no cars passing by or people walking around. 

"I'm probably just being paranoid since I'm alone. Yeah I bet that's what it is." I said to myself. 

As I was reassuring myself I was startled as someones hand grabbed onto my shoulder. 

It was just Nori.

"Mind if I walk with you?" she asked.

"No I don't mind!" I responded.

"good! Say... don't we have the two classes together?" She asked. 

"Uhh.... Yeah I think we do! I know we have English class together but I forgot what other class we have together." 

I paused to think for a moment. 

"Do we have the same Gym class?"

"Yeah, we do." she paused for a moment before speaking again. "Cute outfit! I like your bowtie." Nori said, complimenting me.

My face turned a little red as she told me that. "Thanks, I like your hair it looks lovely." I said complimenting her back.

She then started to ask me questions.

"What's your favorite class?" 

"Uhm I guess it would be art since it's pretty easy." 

"Same!"

We talked until we had arrived at school. She waved goodbye and I headed to my locker to see if Leah was there. When I got to my locker Leah was waiting for me. She was leaning against my locker on her phone. As I walked closer she noticed me and greeted me. She then quickly moved out the way for me.

"How come you didn't show up yesterday?" I asked as I grabbed my binders. 

"Oh, I just didn't feel like coming" She said as she chuckled slightly.
