She came up and hugged me. I couldn't believe her. I pushed her away. I was ready to yell at her.
"Octa.."
She's crying.
I'm shocked. I don't want her to cry. And she also looked scared, probably because I looked like I was really mad. She hates that. My parents keep their heads up and look down on Octavia like she was a disease spreading rodent that had no place.
"Tavie please don't cry."
"Please, I didn't mean it. Please don't go."
Finally my dad decides to talk,
"Vinyl hurry up and bring your bags out here, I can't stand being around such rift raft."
That's when I got angry.
I got right up in his face and yelled at the top of my lungs.
" RIFT RAFT! JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT'S MY BEST FRIEND YOUR TALKING ABOUT AND SHE'S WAY MORE BETTER THAN YOU TWO! SO NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO LOWER HER TO RIFT RAFT HOW ABOUT REMEMBERING THAT!"
They both just stood there staring at me than my dad scowled at me,
" Vinyl Scratch, your coming with us right now."
"No. I'm not."
" You have no choice."
" And why's that."
"Because you're not an adult and have to listen to what your parents say. You can't live alone."
That's when Tavie got a worried look.
