As the three made their way down the hallway toward the cafeteria, the atmosphere in the school seemed to shift. Whispers followed them like a trail, and students parted ways as if clearing a path for royalty-or in this case, the two most notorious delinquents and their unwilling sidekick.

Takemichi was walking a step behind Mikey and Draken, he felt his anxiety creeping up. He could already see how this was going to end-probably with someone in trouble. Maybe him - Hopefully not him.

Draken glanced down at Takemichi, noticing the worried look on his face. "Relax, man. We're just getting lunch."

Takemichi forced a smile. "Yeah, sure. No big deal."

Mikey was already ahead, bouncing on his feet like a kid in a candy store. He stopped in front of the cafeteria doors, pushing them open with way more force than necessary. The loud bang echoed through the lunchroom, causing heads to turn.

"Alright!" Mikey declared, stepping into the cafeteria. "Time to eat."

Draken smirked, casually walking in behind him with his hands in his pockets. Takemichi, on the other hand, hesitated at the door, taking a deep breath before reluctantly following them inside.

At this moment a part of Takemichi regrets asking Mikey to come to school, though to his defence he didn't expect him to agree.

The cafeteria was packed with students, and the moment Mikey and Draken entered, conversations died down to hushed whispers. Some students just stared, wide-eyed, like they couldn't believe what they were seeing.

Mikey walked straight up to an empty table in the middle of the cafeteria and plopped down, pulling out his bento. "This spot's perfect," he said, already excited to start eating.

Draken followed suit, sitting down across from him and casually tossing his wallet on the table. "I'm grabbing food. You two want anything?"

"I'm good," Mikey said, already popping a piece of tamagoyaki into his mouth.

Takemichi glanced at Mikey's bento, which looked surprisingly well-made. "Uh, I didn't bring anything," Takemichi admitted awkwardly.

"Alright, I'll grab you something." draken said.

As Draken got up to head to the food line, Mikey turned his attention to Takemichi. "You hungry?" he asked, his tone slightly more serious and his eyebrows furrowed.

Takemichi gave a small shrug. "A little."

Mikey narrowed his eyes, watching him for a moment. Then, without a word, he slid the bento across the table. "Here."

Takemichi blinked in surprise. "Wait, what?"

"Eat it," Mikey said, not leaving any room for argument. "I can wait 'till draken's back."

Takemichi stared down at the neatly packed lunch, then back at Mikey, who was already looking away as if it was no big deal. A small smile tugged at the corner of Takemichi's lips. "Thanks."

"Don't mention it," Mikey said, popping another candy into his mouth. "But you owe me next time."

Just then, the cafeteria doors banged open again, and a group of rowdy students barged in.

Takemichi immediately recognized them as members of the school's rougher crowd. Now that a lot of toman members focus more on school and separate school life and gang life, tons of school rowdy groups came together to make trouble, though they still knew not to mess with Chifuyu, Baji, Kazutora, Hakkai or any other members of Toman that attend high school frequently.

But it seems like they got wind of the Toman leaders being here and unfortunately grew the guts to be walking towards their table

"Looks like trouble's coming," Takemichi muttered under his breath, glancing nervously at Mikey.

Mikey didn't even look up. "Trouble? For who?"

The group walked over, clearly trying to make a show of it. Their leader, a tall guy with bleached hair and a nasty scowl, also known as Isamu stopped right in front of Mikey's table.

"Well, well, well," he sneered. "If it isn't the famous Mikey, gracing us with his presence. Thought you were too good for school."

Mikey didn't respond right away. Instead, he took his time, finishing his candy and wiping his mouth with the back of his hand. Only then did Mikey look up, his expression completely unfazed.

"Do I know you?" Mikey asked, his voice flat.

The guy bristled, clearly not expecting that kind of response. "You don't have to know me. But I've heard a lot about you. Heard you were some kind of legend around here." He leaned in, trying to intimidate Mikey. "But all I see is some kid playing tough."

Takemichi's heart started to race. This was exactly what he had feared.

Mikey, still calm as ever, leaned back in his chair and crossed his arms. "Is that so?"

"Yeah," the guy sneered. "And I'm here to see if the stories are true. Or if you're just all talk."

Before Takemichi could even process what was happening, Mikey stood up slowly, pushing his chair back with a scrape. The air in the cafeteria felt like it had been sucked out, and everyone stopped what they were doing to watch.

Mikey tilted his head slightly, looking the guy dead in the eye. "You really wanna find out?"

The way Mikey said those words sent a shiver down Takemichi's spine. He really doesn't want to be in Isamu's shoes right now.

For a split second, the tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. The guy's smirk faltered, and he seemed to realize he might have bitten off more than he could chew, his face turned anxious and he gulped. But before anything could happen, Draken's voice rang out from behind them.

"Alright, break it up," Draken said, walking over with a tray full of food. "We're here to eat, not cause trouble."

Right now takemichi was so thankful for Draken being here because he really didn't want to have to step between them.

The guy turned around, his face paling slightly at the sight of Draken towering over him. "Ryuguji..."

Draken glanced at the guy, unimpressed. "Unless you're here to get lunch, I'd suggest you move along."

The guy's bravado crumbled, and he quickly stepped back, muttering something under his breath as he turned and walked away with his group in tow.

Mikey, looking completely unfazed, sat back down. "What an idiot," he muttered, going right back to eating of draken's tray as if nothing had happened.

Takemichi let out a breath he hadn't realized he was holding. "That was close."

Draken chuckled, sitting down. "Relax, Takemitchy. We're not here start a conflict."

Takemichi slid the bento box back to mikey, still shaken. "Yeah... but one of these days, we're going to get into real trouble."

Mikey glanced over at him, a smirk playing on his lips. "That's what makes life interesting, right?"

Takemichi groaned. He was starting to seriously question his life choices. But as he sat there, surrounded by Mikey and Draken, he couldn't help but feel that maybe-just maybe-this chaos was exactly where he belonged.
