"I'm really sorry bestie, please forgive my nonsense advice." She has been apologizing from this morning after i told her about what happened on the call with Andreas.

I wasn't upset but she seems very convinced that i am, just because I'm not smiling with her.

"Girl now you in-denial." I rolled my eyes at her packing up my suitcase, was only gonna be here for a day anyways.

We had spent the whole day talking catching up on missed times and other stuff till it was my time to leave.

I was sad but i know we gonna see each other next weekend again.

The drive back home was long and i was tired, plus i was nervous to see drea after last night we texted today but i was dreading going back home to see her.

I don't know i miss her but part of me don't wanna see her so soon, but i have a company to run so i have no other choice in this.

Should have never said that to her, but if I didn't i still would have been awkward around her either way so lord walk with me in the house.

I park my car and headed inside where i saw drea sleeping on the couch with the tv on, so i did what anyone would do wake her up.

"OH MY GOOOOOD, DREA HELP!!!!" She flew off couch landing on the floor groaning from the impact.

I just bursted out laughing earning glare from her. "Not funny, I almost had a heart attack."

"Sorry, you just look so peaceful i wanted to scare you a bit." She got up sitting down once again glaring at me.

"Why you didn't tell me you were getting back so soon?" She ask heading to the fridge.

"I don't know." I said shrugging my shoulders plopping down on the couch. Damn was i tired.

"Should have told me, I would have made you pasta before you got back because i know you hungry."

"That is true, so get to cooking chop chop!" She put the half empty bottle on back in the fridge and washed her hands preparing dinner for the both of up.

"You can take a nap, I'll wake you up when dinners ready."

"Mm."

As i was deep in sleep i felt hands shoving me. "......yes! I'm up." I mumbled.

"Come to the dining table, I finished cooking and I set the table as well." I walk to the kitchen and the smell of the food hit and it smells really good, like mouth watering good.

"What did you cook? It smells really good." I said sitting down waiting for the food.

"It's teriyaki." She started bringing my plate and a bottle of wine.

"You know how to cook Japanese cuisine?" I ask. Japanese food has been on my list of cuisines to try all around the world.

"Yea... I actually know how to cook alot of cuisines! you name it, I make it." She shrugged her shoulders and got her plate and she pour us some wind we started eat.

"I did not know that." The food was amazing like it's cooked to perfection to a T.

"There's a lot you don't know about me, but in due time you find out a lot about me sweetheart."

"I'll hold you to that, by the way the food is fantastic."

"Thank you, I don't want you criticizing my fish no can I?" We both laughed at her statement.

"You right." I said taking a sip of the wine.

We ate in a comfortable silence talked a bit about her childhood, mines as well and I learned a lot about her tonight. After eating i got up washed the dishes so she could clean up the table and we headed upstairs to take a shower. Not together though!

After showing and doing my night routine i put on one of her sweats and a big white shirt as well, i got under the covers and turn of the bedside lamp so i could catch some Z's.

"Good night sweetheart." I heard drea say wrapping her arms around me and nuzzling her head in the crook of my shoulder and i fell asleep in her warmth.

A/N: I'm trying yo get as much chapters out as possible so just be patience with me guys🥺

Also where are you guys from and what's your favorite cuisine, mines all foods Jamaican but i do want to try Japanese cuisines also and I'm also from Jamaica and I learned Italian from online classes so I'm not very fluent okay.
