Have a female sim and give her the ability to get others pregnant. Have her start a club and have one of the activities be woohooing.
Have children with all club members (all must be female), you may do this as many times as you want, and this is essentially a one hundred baby challenge but different.
Either use some of the hacks or cheats to have only female children.
The Fertile, Beguiling and Great kisser reward traits will help with this challenge.
You can also have club activities that make you money or have club members live with you to make things easier.
If you want, you can be an occult that makes you immortal or just let it play out like normal.
