girl's day- hermione granger

"it was so funny, the boys were whistling and all" hermione said as she laughed.

"god how i wish i could've seen i mean him dancing with mcgonagall, priceless," i said.

we both looked at each other and laughed.

"i love when we have girl's day," i said as i looked at hermione and smiled.

"me too who would've thought a slytherin and a gryffindor friends" hermione says as she smiles.

"best friends" i say.

we both laughed.

"so has anyone asked you to the ball yet?" i asked hermione as we walked around hogsmeade.

"not yet" she says.

"well i think someone will soon" i said as i looked at her with a smile on my face.

"wait what really, me?" she says as she looks at me.

"duh you! come on hermione not only  do you have brains but beauty as well" i say.

"thanks bella" she says as she smiles.

"anytime" i say as i smile back.

"oh god don't look now its terrence" i say as i roll my eyes.

"looks like he's coming to us, well you" hermione says as she laughs.

i look down and sigh as i notice the boy coming towards me.

"hey bella, fancy seeing you here" he says with a smile on his face.

"terrence" i say as i roll my eyes and cross my arms.

"oh come on bella, you know i don't like daphne and i didn't want to lie to her" he says.

"mhm ok what do you want, im hanging out with a friend" i say.

"right that gryffindor girl uhm" he says as he looks at the girl trying to remember her name.

"hermione" i say.

"right hermione" he says as he snaps his fingers as he looked at her.

the girl and i look at the boy.

"right so anyways i was wondering if you have a date to the yule ball?" he asks as he looks at me.

"i do" i said with a smile on my face.

"oh" he says.

"yeah" i say with a fake smile.

"okay cool no yeah i was asking because someone wanted to know not me though cause i already have a date" he says as he coughs.

"oh really who?" i say as i look at the boy and smile.

"you don't know her its one of the beauxbaton chicks" he says trying to play it off.

"mhm ok" i say.

"lets go bella even i feel embarrassed for him" hermione says as she hooks her arms with mine as we walk off.

"later bella!" he shouts as we walk away.

"god that was awkward" i say as i look at hermione.

we both laugh.

"how dare you not tell me you have a date to the ball!" hermione says as she looks at me.

"i don't" i say as i look at her and laugh.

"but you told-" she says as i cut her off.

"i told him that so he would leave me alone" i say.

"ah" she says.

we both laugh.

"then who's taking you to the ball?" she asks.

"not sure yet" i say as i look at her.

"oh come on bella, you know every boy fancies you" she says as she lets out a laugh.

"do they really?" i jokingly said.

hermione gave me a look which made me laugh.

"there's ron and harry" she says

"i'll never forget when you told ron he had a bit of drool when you introduced me to them" i say.

"and how nervous harry got" i add.

we both laugh.

"neville and seamus too, when we eat in the great hall they just ask about you" hermione says.

i smile.

"oh and the twins!" she adds.

i laughed.

"then there's the slytherins" she says.

"your friend group aka the troublemakers" she adds.

"which ones?" i say as i let out a laugh.

"blaise, mattheo, lorenzo, and theodore" she says.

"they pretty much like any girl they see" i say.

"oh and cant forget about malfoy" she says.

i smile.

"and we cant forget cedric" she adds.

"he actually came up to me and asked if  i could set you both up" she said.

"me with a hufflepuff?" i said.

"hey you're friends with a gryffindor" hermione says as she laughs.

"i mean he is cute and he is a contestant for the triwizard tourtament" i say with a smile on my face.

"and those are just some we know, there's still the durmstrang boys and the rest of the school boys" hermione says.

"dear lord" i say.

"just say yes to one of them" hermione says.

"well see" i say  as i smile.

"come on i want a lolli" i say as i pull hermione and head to the candy shop.

we laugh as we head to the shop.
