"where is my plate?" Nova asked walking into the dining room.

Everyone went silent and started at her.

"wow you're home i didn't notice." Isis sassed her.

"Nova you've been in the room all day, you could've came downstairs and said hey to your children." Legacy said and looked at her.

"i don't have to do a damn thing, did you guys really not make me a plate?" Nova asked again.

"Nova please, the kitchen is over there if you would like one." Isis said calling her mom by her first name.

That shocked Legacy a bit but he didn't say anything.

"i'm still your mother show some respect!" Nova said getting loud.

"i couldn't tell, this is not how a mother acts towards her kids." Isis said taking a bite of her food.

"Legacy do you hear this?" Nova said to him with her mouth open.

"that has nothing to do with me, maybe reflect on her words and better yourself." Legacy said.

"you know what i'm divorcing you!!" Nova screams at him.

Everyone was shocked at her words Ossian not so much he just looked around at everyone's faces and decided to stay quiet. Legacy felt like his world just shattered.

"wa-wait why are you divorcing me?" Legacy asked while standing up, he felt as if he was on the verge of tears.

"Legacy don't do this i said i wanted a divorce." Nova said with a smirk.

"Nova come on, think about this first." Legacy started pleading with her.

"Legacy you do absolutely nothing for me, you're so pathetic it's sad." Nova said and smiled.

"what type of grown man cries? especially in front of his wife." She said disgusted.

Legacy didn't even know he was crying, he reached up and touched his cheek feeling wetness on his finger tips. He hadn't cried in a long time.

"Nova we can talk this through, what do you need from me?" Legacy begged her.

Nova was Legacy's first and only love, let alone relationship. He felt that if he were to lose her he would never find another lover again.

"you no longer have what i need." Nova said vaguely, and walks upstairs to their bedroom to pack.

Legacy stood there watching her walk up the steps further and further away from him. He didn't even know what to do with himself.

"dad? dad you okay?" Isis said with Ossian in her arms.

Legacy didn't respond with words just a simple nod. If he were to talk he would start sobbing and he didn't want his kids to see him like that, well anymore then they already did.

Legacy went and followed Nova up the stairs to maybe try and stop the love of his life from leaving him for good.

He walked into the room and didn't see her anywhere. he checked the bathroom and main bedroom and all that was left to check was their walk in closet that she wanted.
