Today the hospital room was filled with warmth and love as family members gathered around Zara.

Zara's mother, hugged her tightly. "Meri bacchi is getting better every day, Mashaalla."

Zara's father, beamed with pride. "Ab jaldi se theek hojao bhot intezaar h tumhara."

Adeel smiled, watching Zara's family surround her with affection.

Zara's younger cousin, Zaid , teased, "appi ko to bhot attention mil rhi h ."

Zara playfully rolled her eyes. "Someone's jealous."

Her older Cousin, Suhana, hugged her as she was visiting to her for the first time because she was out of town.

Zara's grandparents, Nana and Nani, blessed her with gentle touches and warm smiles.

Adeel's family joined in, merging the two families in a show of love and support.

Adeel's father, patted Zara's head. "Ab bs jaldi se theek hojao, beta."

"Haa bhabhi, we are missing you so so much.", Sameen said like a small child

"Ek baar aap ekdum fit hojao fir sath mein masti karenge.",
Araish said

"Hana aur apko Pareshan bhi nhi kara bhotbdino se", Sadika said and all chuckled
Zara's eyes welled up with tears, overwhelmed by the love.

As they visited, sharing stories and laughter, Zara felt grateful.

"I'm blessed with the best family and-," she whispered to Adeel.

"And??", Adeel raised his one eye brow and asked

"And the best Husband"

As she said they both chuckled.

Adeel smiled, holding her hand. "You deserve all the love."

their families were happy to see them like that happy and together.

As the visit ended, Zara's family promised to return soon.

The hospital room, once sterile, now felt like home.

Later other members left now only Zara's mother, Adeel's mother and Adeel were present in the hospital with her.

It was almost 6 pm in the evening a nurse entered in the room for her daily routine check-up

Nurse entered in Zara's ward, carrying a clipboard.

"Time for your daily check-up, Zara," Nurse announced.

Adeel stood, stretching his arms.
Nurse began vital signs checks and medication review.

Zara cooperated quietly, her eyes on Adeel.

"Everything looks good, Zara," Nurse Rukhsana smiled.

Adeel cleared his throat.

"When can we expect Zara's discharge?" Adeel asked.

"Ummm Best to discuss that with Dr. Asher. He'll assess Zara's progress."

Adeel nodded.
