Lorenzo pov-
I panicked not knowing why Alex was calling me at night on my personal phone . what if he is in danger or something but then again why would he call me ? Ugh I'll just answer the call .
"Hello?"
"...."
"Alex?"
"I - I to...ld y-you ttoo piickk mme u-up 'hiccup' ri - right?" "Wh - why aren't you he-here"
"What? Alex what are you talking about where to pick you up from? You are too drunk .. tell me where are you ?"
"I-i am not drunk 'hiccup' a-ask hi-him"
"What who are you with Alex" i was getting really worried this was not like Alex at all he was always composed and professional this is whole new side
"Hello my name's james I am bartender and your employee here is clearly wasted please come and pick him up ...." he told me the address of the bar . I was bolting out of the bed by the time he even finished.
"Oh please take care of him I'll be there in 20" he replied something and then I hung up grabbing my car keys and leaving my penthouse.

I arrived at the bar after 15 min by the Speed I drove the car . I went inside it was pretty crowded for a week day . I spotted Alex at a corner of the bar sitting on a bar stool placing his arms on the counter and resting his head on it . I don't know what happened for him to drink this much hope he will tell me when he sober up.
I walked towards him placed my hand on his shoulder and gently shook him
"Alex"
He looked up at me those brown eyes scanning my whole face and then.....
He laughed
"Alex come on get up we need to get out of here"
"Nooooo ... Oh you l-look fami-liar y-ess i-i have seen you some-where"
Oh god how much alcohol have he drunk ??
"Wait here let me get some water " he nodded
"Hey" I raised my had slightly to the bartender he was pretty young may be 19 or something.
"A bottle of water please "
" Here " he handed me the water bottle
"So you are his boss right "
"Yes but how do you know that? " I asked confused as he also mentioned Alex as my employee on the call earlier
"Oh it's just that he was handing me the call earlier I saw the contact name saved as 'boss' so I figured that out"
"Uh yes right" I replied giving the bottle to Alex and making him drink some .
"So are you guys friends or ...." He left the sentence hanging
"No we are just boss and employee " I replied instantly
"Um I thought you were friends or something...oh god so like he Drunk called you ??? Like his BOSS!!" the bartender exclaimed
