"Darling?" Five calls out into the female communal bathroom through the door.

"Join me, my love." I turn off the water and he teleports into the shower stall with me. He strips.

"How are you feeling about this timeline?" He asks, turning the water back on for us. I hum and ponder the question.

"I don't know. Dad changing the timeline scares me, but.. Everything else seems to be fine. If the only difference is us not being adopted, that means the only problem is our copies out in the world."

"But we'll never interact with them anyway." He smiles.
