Tae was going home with his bestie jimin.
"Jimin. I'm so worried. They came yesterday and told they will take my house. I'm so scared" tae said holding jimin's hand
"I understand you taetae, look. You have me and yoongi hyung. You can stay with us" jimin said pressing on tae's hands
"But....okay I will see" tae said and wore out a fake smile
Tae was actually talking about his house
His dad died years ago. He wasted all their money on casino, drugs, drinks, etc.
And later all they had was debt and debt left which his dad borrowed
It's been few months since his mother also died. He has no one by his side
Unless it's his bestie more like brother jimin and jimin's boyfriend min yoongi
Yesterday some government people came to his house for checking and they told him they will come again and this time they will take the house and tae has to move out with everything
Tae was worried and sad about this things and this whole topic
He reached home and sighed. He opened his phone and dialed jimin's number
"Hello. Tae!" Jimin greeted happily but his smiled faded when he heard tae's broke voice from the other side
"Chimmy, what if they take it away I'm so scared. This small house is my everything my childhood memories with my mom. I....I can't..." Tae said almost crying and jimin can understand him
"It's fine Tae you can always come to us whenever you want. I already told you" jimin said comforting tae
"But I don't wanna be a burden on you two" tae said
"SHUT your mouth tae. You're not a burden" jimin said comforting him
Tae nodded and said bye to jimin before hugging him last as he reached his home. Jimin bid him a bye and left
Tae entered the house with small steps and went to his room
He put down his bag and freshen up. Wore some new pairs of comfy clothes
And was just about to touch his phone but that's when he heard a knock from the main door
He stood from the bed and went to check
There were standing some police officers out there.
"Mr. Kim Taehyung. Age 19. Owns this house in government's debts. Mom's death 2nd July 2024. Dad's death 22th March 2019. Studies In Soul Nation University. Works in cafè 'Roseau'."
One of the officers spoke in one breath and then took a break before saying "am I right Mr. Kim?!"
Tae nodded....he knew its his last day here. Shit.
"Yesterday our team came to inform you that you're no longer the owner of the house. We We permission from the government and this house will be under our construction as we are gonna build another huge company running by our team glamour Price's CEO Mr. Kim Yugeom" the officer said again
Tae just nodded and sighed inside...
"Okay then. We will give you 30 minutes till you take your belongings and leave from here"
Tae spoke with trembling lips and said "can I have 1 more day? I don't have any place to stay"
The officer thought for a while and said "Well. We can't help here. You have to find a place which is suitable to stay by yourself. We can't do anything here"
Tae knew his excuses won't work...
He sighed and noded before saying a small "okay" and went to his room
The house was small and he didn't had much belongings. Only a photo frame of him and his mother. His father's photo. His bag, books and writing copy. A mug, induction oven. Some bowl, pan, cauldron. And some glasses
He took his study bag which contained his study things and a suitable trolley to carry on his other things. Also a briefcase to carry the photo frames and his personal diary.
He slide his money bag and phone under his pocket. And took a look for the last time at his house...
The house looked lonely with now nothing inside it. Only a broken TV a bed and some other chairs and tables...
His eyes were already teary. Without wasting any time he signed on the contract papers and left the spot immediately
He was waiting for any transport to come so that he can go to jimin's house. But the road was too alone and scary.
Being helpless he called jimin and jimin sent yoongi for tae
After about 23-30 minutes yoongi came with his car to pick tae up
"Hyung...." Tae murmured
"Get in" yoongi said and tae did
"You took everything right? Didn't forgot anything right?" Yoongi asked taking a glance at him through the car window who was looking outside the window with a very sad face
"No I took everything that I need" he mumbled, loud enough for yoongi to hear
Yoongi slowly nodded and focused on driving the car
Through the road they didn't talked anything at all. They silently reached home. Ofcourse Yoonmin's home.
