Anyways if you haven't read the description of this book I'll just quickly tell you this book is placed in the 1940s right in 1942, a pub right next to the navy dockyard, inside is a barmaid by the name of Lucy Caswell just starting there as she gets to meet the soldiers as they come and go reappearing sometimes taking weeks to months before they come back for a pint of beer..now I won't spoil any of the good big details untill you bunch start reading, so my readers enjoy!
