**Callie's pov**

"Hey Callie." Jc said sounding as if he could puke any second.

"Hey there. Do you need anything?" I asked Jc.

He shook his head and waved me off.

I ignored him and got him a glass of water and some medicine.

I slammed it down in front of him and smirked as he jumped.

I smiled at Kian and cocked my head towards the door.

He followed me outside and I pulled him into a hug.

"I was supposed to be home at 11 last night." I laughed out loud.

"Shit. Now your parents are really gonna hate me." Kian groaned.

I didn't say anything.

"I just wanna change into some different clothes." I chuckled.

I followed Kian upstairs and he handed me a sweatshirt and some of his sweats.

"Thanks. I'll get them back to you as soon as I can." I thanked him.

"It's fine. They look better on you than they do on me." He winked.

I blushed and got changed in the bathroom.

I made a phone call to my mom.

"Callie! Where are you?!" She answered.

"I'm still at Kian's. I'm sorry I didn't make it home by curfew. I fell asleep on the couch." I lied.

"You scared me half to death!" She was crying.

"Momma don't cry. I'm fine. I'll be home later today. I'm hanging with Kian and his friends." I replied.

"Be home by 5 pm . And please don't be late." She said more calmly now.

"Yes ma'am." I hung up.

I stepped out of the bathroom and went to go meet Kian.

I found him downstairs in the living room.

"Hey." I smiled.

"hey. Wanna watch a movie?" Kian asked.

"Sure." I said dully.

He must've noticed because he pulled me closer to him.

I love this kid. I'm tired of trying to deny myself about it. There's nothing more to say. I'm in love with Kian Lawley.

-

I arrived at home and was soon greeted by an angry daddy.

"Where the hell were you?!" He screamed.

"I was at Kian's." I said in a whisper. He's never hollered at me before. Never.

"Who's clothes are that!" He yelled again.

"Kian's. My dress was uncomfortable so he gave me some of his." I swallowed hard.

"Stop, Jacob!" Momma butted in.

He shot me a glare and pushed past me to go outside.

I never cry. I refuse to cry. Crying shows weakness. And I'm not weak. But this was different. My father just yelled at me for the first time in my life. My heart broke. I ran to my room and fell onto my bed. A tear fell down my cheek.

I thought long and hard that night. I know making decisions when you're upset is never ok. But this was one that had to be made.

A tear slipped down my face as there was a knock on my door.

Momma opened it and that's when everything shattered. I broke.

"Baby. You're daddy was just upset. Not with you but with Kian." Momma stroked my hair.

"Kian did nothing to him." I said through clenched teeth.

"Baby, it's just-" she began, "Momma. I'm moving out." I cut her off.

Her face turned pale.

"I'm sorry. But I'm 18. And I need to live my life, Momma." I said softly.

"Where are you moving to?" She asked.

I pulled out my computer and showed her the property. A huge wooden house. A huge barn. A lot of land. A pond. Perfect for me. And it was 5 minutes away from Kian.
