Hiro was working in the garage when Karina entered.
"Hello Hiro," Karina said, startling Hiro.
"Oh hey Karina," Hiro said, "What are you doing here?"
"Sasha wanted to come over to hang out with Tadashi," Karina said simply, then pointing to something hidden under a blanket, "What's that?"
"It's the time machine," Hiro said, "I just finished it and I plan to show it to everyone in a few days."
"Cool! Would you use it to go to the past or into the future?"
"I don't know," Hiro said, shrugging, "I might just let everyone pick when I show them and then we use it to travel to whatever time we decide on."
Hiro and Karina chatted a bit more before Sasha came into the garage.
"Hello Hiro," Sasha said, then she looked over at Karina, "Karina, it's time to head home."
"Wait," Hiro said, "Before you two leave, I want to ask if you two are able to come back here in three days? I have something that I want to show you, Tadashi, and the others."
"I think we could," Sasha said, "What is it that you want to show us?"
"It's a surprise," Hiro said, "All I will say is that it's something that I have been working on."
"Alright sounds good," Sasha said, "See you then!"
Hiro then went up to find Tadashi who was now with their SFIT friends.

"So what are you wanting to show us?" Tadashi asked. Along with Tadashi was Sasha, Karina, Honey Lemon, Gogo, Wasabi, and Fred who had all come to see Hiro's surprise.
"I just finished creating a time machine," Hiro said, pulling the blanket off of the time machine.
"That's really incredible!" Honey Lemon said, "Have you tested it yet?"
"Actually I have tested it, I used it to go back in time a few years," Hiro said, "And it worked!"
"Can we test it out?" Fred asked excitedly.
"Yeah," Hiro said, "Who all wants to test it out?"
"I would!" everyone said in unison.
"Do we want to go to the past or into the future?" Hiro asked.
"I wouldn't mind seeing the future," Wasabi said.
"It would be so cool to see what San Fransokyo looks like in several centuries!" Fred exclaimed.
"I actually do agree with Fred," Sasha said, "It would be really cool!"
"Alright I guess we're going several centuries into the future," Hiro said, "Let's go!"
Soon everyone was in the time machine and Hiro set the time machine to go five hundred years into the future.
"Well here we are," Hiro said, "Let's see what future San Fransokyo looks like."
Hiro pressed the button to open the doors and the sight they saw shocked them. Instead of seeing the large skyscrapers, they saw massive piles of rocks and scraps of metal.
"Are you sure we're still in San Fransokyo?" Karina asked, "This sure doesn't look like it."
They all left the time machine and explored the nearby area. Karina went through the metal pile and found an old table.
