"Who's making my baby cry?" I said leaning down to pick Paris up. She's been cranky ever since A left. Speaking of she should be back soon, she'd better because she said it'd be quick.

After years of being married I don't cry anymore when she leaves only because I have four children as collateral.

I smiled thinking about it.

I picked her up and cuddled her into my arms. "Who's making my baby cry?" I asked her kissing her head and wiping her face.

She whined into my arms and pouted.

"Can mama have a kiss?" I asked and she pushed her lips out with her eyes closed. I shook my head and pecked them. Walking further up the hill of sand I was met with my twins and blue.

"Mom! Sir and Rumi are fighting again." I sighed and gave them both a look.

"What happened?" I asked and they both started talking at the same time.

"One at a time please." I said rocking Paris back and forth in my arms.

"She took my paddle so I took her bucket and she got upset." Sir said and I looked at Rumi.

"Mommy I didn't even do that I just borrowed it and he got angry so I hit him back." She said and I shook my head.

"What did I say about hitting each other? Apologize right now." I said sternly and they both apologized.

Blue was laid in a pool chair on her phone doing whatever kids do these days.

I knew Paris was just sleepy, she'd been playing with Rumi and Sir all day long and I knew it would wear her out.

I was taking some time off from the world, not music because that's my first love. I got married because I was ready to put my children and the love of my life before my music.

So we were actually here on Anaya's business trip. She retired from being a pilot and started to focus on one of her other passions.. photography. I loved and supported her through everything and she actually takes it seriously.

And has become known in such a short period of time.

I felt my baby stuff her face in my breast and then the crying started. She was hungry and sleepy.

I got up and sat comfortably in another chair and took my breast out for her to nurse.

"It's okay baby." I said to her wiping her tears. I started to hum a little tune to her it always helped her sleep. Soon blue came and sat next to me and started humming the same tune.
