Bloodletting

Rachel pov:-

Scrolling through my phone mindlessly when I hear a knock.
"Want to join me for a walk" Nik asks and I nod.

It was a silent walk till we reached Rousseasus and i chuckled "you bought me here as you wanted to speak with Cami!?" And he ignores me walking inside.

Cami sees us, the bar was empty. And she remembers what Nik is, the truth, the reality .

"What do you want Klaus" cami questions.

"I wanted to tell you that your twin brothers actions weren't natural but caused due to supernatural interference. A witch had hexed him" he tells her as she gasps lightly.

"I knew it, I knew he wasn't crazy.....who is this witch" cami questions.

"Well stay assured, she has paid the price...in blood" Nik reveals and then I see cami slapping nik.

I was shocked at her reaction and so was nik to say the least. Normally I would have been scared of the outcome of slap but I know nik wouldn't hurt cami.

"You made me a part of a revenge muder,that I didn't want" she screams as nik tries to reassure her "trust me, far more people have died for far less things".

"No, you did this! You control me. Compel me to forget and i feel like I am loosing my freaking mind! Trust me,I will find a way to undo this and when I do, I will make u regret that you should've never laid eyes on me" she screams teary eyed, making me feel sad for her.

It's a situation where I can't blame nik ,not can I blame cami. This world is far to dangerous for her to know about it and at same time it's unfair for her to be compelled.

Nik then leaves, before carrying me...as he vamp speeds out and we stop in front of the docks.

"Oh my god nik! Don't just vamp speed like that" i exclaim clutching my chest as he laughs shamelessly.

His laugh is then interrupted by a vampire trying to jump on me but gets pushed afar due to my power against supernatural. And this time I laugh as the young vampire, mostly a nightwalker of Marcel gets up in shock.

I laugh even more when he sees nik and realized who he is....and ran away.

"Stupid young vampires" nik says.
My phone then rings ,i see the number and cut the call immediately ,putting it on mute.

"Who was it sis" Nik asks....again with a detective look. "Gosh, a spam number nik, the weird car company calls" I say trying to change the subject I add "I am feeling cold,let's go home" and he nods.

Klaus Pov:-

Mad ,i storm into Rachels room as Elijah and bekah follows.

"Rachel sweetheart, you and Hayley have played enough games. Tell me where she is" I ask her....but my worry is more fuled when she gives a true ,confused look.
"What are you talking about" rachel questions.

"Look,you and Hayley have been playing pranks all day yesterday, so enough of hide and seek." Rebekah questions and Rachel says "what are u guys saying, trust me I don't know where Hayley is. I won't prank you on this" growing worried we all share a look.

Rachel waits in the car as Elijah and I confront marcel about Hayley.

"Hayley? Brunett? Bitchy attitude...yeah I paid her a little visit earlier at the plantation house where I used to be slave. Where ,to my surprise the orignals have taken shelter.
But I just said a few hello,that was it. Question is, if she ain't here...then where is she" Marcel says truthfully.

"We should check the bayou" Rachel suggests. "I agree" Elijah says as we drive us to the bayou swamp.
