"AHHH" I woke up drenched in sweat, it was that dream.. I had that dream again.. ever since my dad said we can stay in California, and the amphibia invasion. I've been getting these strange and weird dreams, don't get me wrong, I love being back home and spending time with the girls, especially Anne. But, I don't know what to do about these dreams, well I'll just figure that out later, I have to get ready for school.

I got up from my bed and took me warm shower, when I was done, I started to put on my clothes, but when I was putting on my shirt, I noticed the huge scar mark on my chest. I traced my figure down the scar and felt this agonizing pain, I twitched at the pain. Seems like my scar isn't fully healed after getting discharged.

After the pain stopped. I began to put on my shirt, I was already done with everything else. So I just grabbed my backpack and headed downstairs, my parents weren't home as usual. But I got used to it. I then made my way out of the door and started to trail my feet on the sidewalk.

'What is with me today?'

'Why am I being haunted by this?'

'What does the core want with me?'

I was deep in my thoughts, but they were cut short when,"Marcy!" I heard a voice say, it was Anne. "Anne!" I say with excitement. And she's gives me a kiss on the cheek, I was very happy to see her, after all this stuff that happened this morning. "How are you doing after, you know?" She asks me, "good! It's just my scar though." I say, not daring to mention the dreams I've been having since then. "I can go to the doctors with you to check it out? I wouldn't mind!" She suggests.

"that would be nice, thanks love." I say giving her a hug. "No problem love, now let's head to school!" She says and gives me a kiss,  I nod. After the invasion and getting to stay in California, Me and Anne have been getting closer, eventually she asked me out and of course I said yes, we started dating after that, and that was the best decision I've ever made. I then feel a warm embrace around my hands, I intertwined mine with hers and we made our way to school.

3rd person pov

They finally made it to school and walked in, Marcy walked over to their locker and started to get their books they needed. Including their journal. "Hey Marce! Can I walk you to class?" Anne asks appearing from behind them. "Huh? Oh yea of course!" Marcy says, but Anne noticed something..

Off?..

"Hey mars, you doing alright?" Anne asks worriedly, "mhm?" Marcy says, snapping out of their trance. "I said, are you doing alright?" Anne asks, getting more worried. "Yea I'm fine love, don't worry about me!" Marcy reassured putting on a smile. "Ok.." Anne replies, but she still felt like something was bothering Marcy. "Okay, just if something's bothering you, tell me." Anne responds.

"I will!" Marcy exclaims, "oh we're already at your class." Anne says. "Aww man.." Marcy frowns devastated, "hey look, we can see each other after class, okay?" Anne says, "okay.." Marcy replied. "I'll see you later, love." Anne says before giving Marcy a kiss on the cheek, and headed to her class. Marcy watched as Anne faded across the hall as they sighed, and walked into their class.

"Good morning class!" The teacher exclaimed, 'there were a few 'goodmornings'. But Marcy just sighed, hoping this class would end so they could go see Anne.

An hour later

The bell rung, as the teacher spoke. "Well that's the end for today's lesson!" The teacher exclaimed as Marcy took a huge sigh of relief, grabbing their things and left the classroom. They were just so ready to see Anne. "Hey mars!" They heard someone shout, Marcy perked up knowing the voice. "Hey love!" Marcy exclaims, their happy tone coming back.

"How was you first class?" Anne asks, "it was alright, I was just ready to see you." Marcy sighs leaning on Anne's shoulder. "Can I just skip?" Marcy whines, "no marcy! This is your education, you can't just skip!" Anne says. Marcy frowns, "why nott?" Marcy whines. "This is your education Marcy! We've been gone for months, we need to catch up!" Anne exclaims as Marcy groans. "But I'm tired.." Marcy sighs. "We can cuddle all we want after school, but for now. We have to catch up on this semester." Anne says, "ok.." Marcy replies glumly.

Anne's heart melted to see Marcy so sad, Anne sighed. "How about this, I can make an exception for today. But this once and once only." Anne says, Marcy looked up at her with a soft smile. "Really?" Marcy asks, not believing, "really." Anne confirms. "Thanks love." Marcy responds.

"No problem love, let's get going to your place now."
