"JYP is considering a hiatus."
"What?"
Chan sighed before explaining their meeting with the CEO of their company. Jisung didn't say anything, but he felt himself slowly drain. Minho took one of Jisung's hands and squeezed it. No one said anything when Chan was finished. There was nothing to say. They all knew that a break was good, but they couldn't. They couldn't. It wasn't possible. Too much could happen while they were gone. They needed to stay on top of things.
The silence was heavy. If someone took a knife, they might actually be able to cut through it. Felix stood up. "I'm going to make dinner," he said.
"What, and burn the whole block down," Hyunjin asked. The members laughed slightly.
Felix rolled his eyes. "Fine. Someone else will cook."
Hyunjin nodded. "Not me, though."
After debating for a little while longer, the members just decided to order out. They did, and then the food came, they sat together at the table with their staff and ate dinner. They ate in a comfortable silence. For the first time in a while, everyone felt at peace. No one wanted to break it. IN the back of all their minds, though, they were all thinking about how calm they had felt when they had made that video.
There wasn't much for the members to do after eating. They didn't want to leave, though, so they ended up sitting together in the little living room and turning on a random movie. They weren't really paying attention to the movie. It was more of an excuse to be with each other for a little longer. They needed that. Right then, they needed to be together.

Chan sat in bed. It was late. It was too late for him to be awake, but he couldn't sleep. he never could, but since the recording, it had gotten harder. Most nights he did work, but he felt like it was all worthless at a time like this. So instead he sat in bed, scrolling through his phone, trying to find peace where he wouldn't.
Scrolling aimlessly, Chan had time to think. What would happen if Stray Kids went on hiatus? How would Stays react. What good might come out of it? What bad? These questions floated through his head. He sighed. Nothing bad would happen.
Chan paused, staring at his phone. As he read the little words, he felt his hope for anything good happening plummet. He read the paragraph again. Then again.
Stray Kids' Minho recently posted a recording on his Instagram before quickly deleting it. Stays, however, were quicker and saved it. The recording has been gaining a lot of attention. Especially because the resident couple of Stray Kids, Minsung, seemingly exposed themselves. Fans are claiming they've admitted to being in a relationship. It seems like Stray Kids should have been more careful. Things like this shouldn't be thrown around. Many fans are offended by the recording. They say it's insensitive to some. Others say they are happy that the idols feel they can share these personal things with their fans. Follow for more K-Pop updates!!
Chan groaned. This whole thing was a mistake. Stray Kids never shared personal things with their fans because they were personal. It wasn't a good thing. And what does it mean that "many fans were offended by the recording"? How is it "insensitive"?
Chan lay back in his bed and turned off his phone. Maybe it was time for him to sleep, though he doubted he would get any.

This chapter sucks. Sorry I was so late. I've been busy and this chapter was so hard to write. Which is probably why it sucks.
I hope you've been doing well.
Have you watched Hazbin Hotel? I love that show right now.
Eat, sleep, and drink.
Thank you so much for reading <3
