Since this is our initial stage I need your advice... what kind of moderator roles would be needed for a community?
• Judges (for competitions)
Judges will fairly judge the competition entries for any contests we have, In Sha Allah!
• Co-manager
Co-manager will be notified along with me in case of any concerns, questions or suggestions or complains, etc. They will also respond to the entry forms with me.
• Designers
Designers will make our community decorated with their skills, and I can't wait to see it go through a makeover hehe~ In Sha Allahh.
• Editors
Editors will read through the works of the authors who requested an edit and suggest edits to their story, im not sure what the best way of doing this would be though
- through inline comments?
- or a google doc?
• Reviewers
Reviewers will read through the works of authors who requested a review and we'll make a review format for that! It would be cool if the reviewers have insta to post their reviews on there.
• Researcher (copyright checker for competitions)
Researchers will ensure the writing is authentic and humane. Checking for any copyright infringements, etc.
• Discord GC Manager (im discord newbie so-)
Discord Manager will be made Admin alongside with me so that they can bring in bots, and decorate our channels and make our discord server come alive!
