In general, the fraudster’s body is penetrated by a symbiote that landed next to her house. Naturally, this happens before she becomes an akudama. Then the canonical events happen (she meets an Akuda, she has to pretend to be one of them, she is declared an Akudama from class...).
At the beginning, the fraudster will be defenseless, as adaptation to the symbiote inside will occur. Then the symbiote and she will begin to cooperate: the symbiote protects her from death, and in return he can eat dead opponents or already corpses (after all, quite a few executioners will die, so here is his food). The symbiote also gives her strength, endurance, she has much better regeneration and many other abilities that a symbiote can give.
Also, the symbiote does not treat Akudama very well; they pose a threat to its host. He does not touch them because of the scammer’s request, but if they directly attack, he will immediately deal with them (the threat to the host must be eliminated, the symbiote lives from it).
Naturally, the fraudster will hide the fact that she has a symbiote inside her.
It will be interesting to see how the doctor is going to deal with the symbiote in the body of a fraudster whose strength has become inhuman. How will the fraudster deal with the executioners (although the symbiote will do it)?
How will the other Akudama react when they find out that an alien symbiote creature lives in the fraudster’s body?
It would be interesting to see all this in action.
