The sun shone brightly over Istanbul as Seyran and Ferit woke up the next morning. The night had been a mix of passionate kisses and tender touches, but now something seemed off in the air. Ferit was quiet, his thoughts appearing to be elsewhere. Seyran noticed the shift in his mood and wondered what was on his mind.

"Good morning, aşkım," she said, smiling as she snuggled closer to him. "What's wrong?"

Ferit turned to her and gave her a brief kiss. "Good morning, Seyran. I'm just a bit tired. Work is busy."

"Do you have a lot to do at the clinic?" she asked, holding his hand. "You're always so busy."

"Yes, a bit. I have many patients lately," he replied, glancing briefly at his phone.

Seyran felt a distance growing between them, unnoticed by Ferit. It wasn't the first time she sensed this distance. "You need to take time for yourself, Ferit. I don't want you to overwork yourself."

"I just need a few more days, then everything will be better," Ferit said, getting up and getting dressed.

Seyran watched him, her worries increasing. "Do you have time tonight? I wanted to have dinner with you."

"Okay, but it might be a bit late. I have a few patients and then some work to do at the office," Ferit replied, avoiding her gaze.

"Alright," Seyran murmured, and though she tried to stay relaxed, she felt a knot forming in her stomach.

As they finished getting ready, there was a knock at the door. It was Beril, Seyran's best friend, who always found a reason to help. "Come on! What are you two doing? You can't stay locked up in here all day!"

"Beril!" Seyran exclaimed, a smile breaking through her worries. "We were just talking about dinner."

"Dinner? You need to do more than just talk about it. Let's go out and have some fun today!" Beril insisted, pulling Seyran towards the door.

Ferit chuckled softly, "It sounds like Beril has other plans for us."

"Of course! I have a few places in mind. You both need to relax a bit!" Beril exclaimed, winking at Ferit. "Right, Ferit?"

"Sure, whatever Seyran wants," he said, but Seyran could see the fatigue in his eyes.

As they stepped out into the bustling streets of Istanbul, Seyran tried to shake off her worries. The vibrant city was alive with energy, and she wanted to enjoy every moment with Ferit. They wandered through the markets, trying different street foods and enjoying the laughter that surrounded them.

"Look at that!" Beril pointed at a colorful stall selling handmade jewelry. "Let's check it out!"

Seyran laughed, following her friend. "You always find the best places, Beril."

As they browsed through the jewelry, Ferit stood slightly apart, his mind elsewhere. Seyran caught him glancing at his phone again.

"Are you okay?" she asked softly, her concern growing.

"Yeah, just checking on a patient," Ferit replied, his tone dismissive.

Seyran felt a pang of disappointment. "Her zaman gibi. Don't forget to check on us too."

"Tamam, söz" he said with a small smile, but Seyran sensed the distance widening.

Later that day, they decided to visit a small café by the Bosphorus. The atmosphere was relaxing, and they settled into a cozy corner.

"Look at the view," Seyran said, admiring the shimmering water. "It's beautiful here."

"Evet, çok güzel," Beril added, sipping her coffee. "You two should come here more often."
